摘要: An electronic device includes two microchips and a bonding layer with which the microchips are bonded together. The bonding layer is a silicone-type adhesive film, which has a glass transition temperature higher than +120° C. or lower than −40° C. Therefore, the influence of the variation in the elastic modulus of the bonding layer due to the glass transition on the electronic characteristic of one of the microchips is substantially eliminated in the temperature range between −40° C. and +120° C. Moreover, the elastic modulus in the temperature range between −40° C. and +120° C. is lowered. Therefore, the influence of a thermal stress in the one of the microchips on the electronic characteristic is suppressed.

摘要: A dichroic mirror for reflecting red light for optical separating and a dichroic mirror for reflecting red light for optical synthesizing are installed on the same plane in an image generating apparatus of the present invention. In addition, a dichroic mirror for reflecting blue light for optical separating and a dichroic mirror for reflecting blue light for optical synthesizing are installed on the same plane. Accordingly, a compact configuration can be realized. Since a main reflecting mirror is a rotating elliptic mirror and a lamp is located on a focus or around the focus, a lighting equipment which irradiates conic luminous flux can be realized.

摘要: In a laser device employing an optical resonator which is constructed of a total reflection mirror and a partial reflection mirror, a total reflection plane having an opening is interposed between the partial reflection mirror and the total reflection mirror, the total reflection plane may be formed of, for example, a dielectric thin film or a metallic totally-reflective thin film produced with a cluster ion beam, and the total reflection plane and the total reflection mirror are arranged so as to establish a resonant state. The total reflection plane is formed on an aperture of the partial reflection mirror. The opening of the total reflection plane may be ring-shaped, or a plurality of openings may be provided. The total reflection plane may be located centrally. In a laser device employing an unstable optical resonator, a beam deriving mirror may be disposed within the optical resonator.

摘要: A negative pressure control valve for generating a negative pressure has an inlet port communicating with a negative pressure source, an outlet port communicating with a negative pressure load, a diaphragm chamber with one surface defined by a diaphragm, and an atmospheric pressure chamber adjacent to the diaphragm chamber through the diaphragm and communicating with atmospheric pressure. The diaphragm holds a valve holding member. A solenoid operated mechanism which moves the valve holding member to a first or second position in accordance with an exciting current is disposed in the atmospheric pressure chamber. The valve holding member has a valve mechanism which communicates the diaphragm chamber with the atmospheric pressure chamber at the first position and seals a channel between those chambers at the second position. The solenoid operated mechanism selectively communicates the diaphragm chamber with the atmospheric pressure chamber.

摘要: An ozonized oxygen fed from an ozonizer is passed to a reaction tower to treat an object material. In recovering non-reacted oxygen from the reaction tower to reuse in the ozonizer, zeolite is used as an adsorbent to remove impurities contained in the recovered oxygen, such as water, volatile organic materials and CO.sub.2 gas so that a raw material oxygen without containing any impurity is fed to the ozonizer to increase the ozonizing efficiency.
