The method of connecting a call to a mobile node present in a GPRS area includes registering location information of the mobile node to be invited in a Home Subscriber Server (HSS); when the mobile node uses a Mobile Internet Protocol (MIP), allocating an Internet Protocol (IP) address to the mobile node and authenticating the mobile node through MIP registration and setting a SIP session; and when the mobile node uses a simple IP, allocating an IP address to the mobile node and authenticating the mobile node through a Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) procedure and setting a SIP session.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a radar detector having the function of a hands-free device, so that it is possible to talk over a mobile phone in a hands-free manner by connecting the mobile phone to the radar detector. The radar detector comprises a horn antenna 100; a signal-processing unit 200 for detecting a signal received by the horn antenna 100; a laser module 300 for receiving a laser signal; a central processing unit 400 for controlling the signal-processing unit 200 by generating a pulse to measure and calculate the period and width of the signal detected by the signal-processing unit 200, to analyze and output the bandwidth and information of the signal, and to find the type and information of the signal over time; a pulse delay unit 500 for delaying or sustaining the pulse received from the central processing unit 400; a sweep voltage generator unit 600 for driving the signal-processing unit 200 by generating a voltage from the pulse delay unit 500; a warning unit 700 for audibly or visually warning the detected signal; an audio amplifier controller 800 connected to the central processing unit 400 and the warning unit 700 to amplify an audio signal; and a mobile phone connecting unit 900 installed to connect the audio amplifier controller 800 with a mobile phone 10 and including a microphone 910, a switch 920 for reception of a signal from the mobile phone, and a connection portion 930 for connection to the mobile phone. According to the present invention, a user can talk over a mobile phone using an additional function of the radar detector, without a need for mounting an additional hands-free device for conversation by the phone in a vehicle with the radar detector installed therein, thereby improving user's convenience.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a burning type gas scrubbing method using an electrical energy and a fossil energy at the same time, and a gas scrubber implementing the method. The gas scrubber has a burning chamber, the burning chamber comprising an inner casing defining a burning room; at least a gas inlet for introducing the waste gas into the burning room; an air inlet for introducing air into the burning room; and an electrical heater disposed on an outer circumference of the burning room and connected to a power source through a power supply line. The burning room comprises an ignition fuel port for introducing an ignition fuel into the burning chamber when the temperature of the burning room rises above a predetermined temperature, an ignition sensor for a flame generated by injecting the ignition fuel, and a main fuel port for supplying a large amount of fuel when the ignition sensor senses an ignition flame. According to the gas scrubbing method and the gas scrubber of the present invention, the electrical energy and the fossil energy are used together, thereby enhancing the energy efficiency and the gas scrubbing efficiency at the same and decreasing the emission of CO2 gas.

According to such a method, in forming a MOSFET to which a double spacer structure is applied, a first spacer of an oxide film is formed after only an upper gate conductive layer is primarily patterned, and then a second spacer of a nitride film is formed after a lower gate conductive layer is etched, so that impurities cannot be diffused up to into the semiconductor substrate through PLDs existing within the oxide film because the first spacer of the oxide film does not come in contact with a semiconductor substrate. Consequently, the gate hump phenomenon is prevented, as a result of which process yield and operation reliability of the device can be improved.
