    摘要: The present invention relates to curing of semiconductor wafers. More particularly, the invention relates to cure chambers containing multiple cure stations, each featuring one or more UV light sources. The wafers are cured by sequential exposure to the light sources in each station. In some embodiments, the wafers remain stationary with respect to the light source during exposure. In other embodiments, there is relative movement between the light source and the wafer during exposure. The invention also provides chambers that may be used to independently modulate the cross-linking, density and increase in stress of a cured material by providing independent control of the wafer temperature and UV intensity.

A device for HARQ combination is further disclosed. The technical solutions provided in the disclosure are based on a latest interference cancellation algorithm, greatly increase the success probability of decoding, saves the storage space of a DDR2 and improves the reading/writing efficiency.

    摘要: A heat exchanger includes headers and tubes two ends of each of which are connected with and communicate the headers. Each of fins is disposed between adjacent tubes. An end cover is formed with a center hole and fixed to a proximal end of one of the headers. A distal end of a sleeve passes through the center hole to extend into the header, and a proximal end of the sleeve is held by a proximal end surface of the end cover. A first distribution-collection tube is fixed to the sleeve and defines an open proximal end and a closed distal end passing through the sleeve to extend into the header in which openings are formed along a longitudinal direction of the distribution-collection tube in a portion thereof extended into the header. A fixing nut is screwed onto the end cover to press the proximal end of the sleeve against the proximal end surface of the end cover.

    摘要: A system and method for storing data. In one embodiment, a storage system includes a resource manager and a hierarchical entry tree describing storage entities of the storage system. At each given level of the tree higher than the bottom level, metadata entries summarize storage availability at a level below the given level. The resource manager receives a request to store data of a target size at a target location corresponding to a first portion of the entry tree and scans the entry tree to determine if contiguous, free storage entities of the target size are available at the target location. In response to determining that contiguous, free storage entities of the target size are not available at the target location, the resource manager scans portions of the entry tree outside the first portion to identify contiguous, free storage entities of the target size, where it stores the data.
