    摘要: Upon recording fingerprints, a continuous fingerprint data recorder records, continuously, data about fingers of a person wishing to register. A recording status monitor monitors difficulties in data recognition which are contingent on the physical state of fingertips of the person in question. An automatic checking mode/level determinant determines a checking mode (AND or OR check) and a checking level suitable for each person in accordance with the state of his or her fingertips. The mode and level thus determined are recorded in a fingerprint database. Upon checking fingerprints, a personalized checking mode retriever and a personalized checking level retriever retrieve the checking mode and checking level of the person in question. A multiple fingerprint data checker and tester checks the recorded fingerprint data against input fingerprint data and determines the result of the checking.

    摘要: A number of embodiments of precombustion chamber configurations for two-cycle crankcase compression diesel engines. The precombustion chamber and its communicating throat are oriented so as to maintain a uniform fuel distribution in the precombustion chamber and to provide good flow into the main combustion chamber that will provide a homogeneous mixture without the flow being directed toward the exhaust port at the time the exhaust port is open. A number of embodiments show constructions that permit uniformity of tumble action in the precombustion chamber and a high velocity for the tumble action to improve turbulence and mixing. All of these factors go together to reduce NOx emissions.

    摘要: A switch circuit is comprised of first and second NPN transistors, the collectors of which are interconnected and the emitters of which are respectively connected to an input terminal and a reference voltage, third and fourth PNP transistors connected between the bases of said first and second transistors and a power source voltage, and fifth and sixth NPN transistors connected between the bases of the third and fourth transistors and ground. Seventh and eighth PNP transistors, connected between the power source and ground, are further provided, with their ON and OFF states being controlled by a control signal applied to the bases thereof. The bases of the fifth and sixth transistors are respectively connected to the collectors of the seventh and eighth transistors. The fifth and sixth transistors are ON/OFF controlled by the collector currents of the seventh and eighth transistors, respectively.

    摘要: A switching circuit for AC bias signal has an input terminal for inputting an input signal into the switching circuit and a first transistor connected to the emitter of the input terminal. A second transistor is connected at the collector to the collector of the first transistor. The emitter area of the second transistor is larger than that of the first transistor so that the dynamic resistances of the these transistors are equal to each other when these resistors are ON state. The emitter of the second transistor is connected to the reference voltage terminal supplied with ground voltage. The first and second transistors are controlled in conduction by a control signal as input.

    摘要: In a joystick device where a tilting operation direction of an operation shaft is detected based on positional change of a magnet relative to a magnetic sensor, the magnet being moved with tilting of the operation shaft, a slider is arranged between a base facing a board fixed to a case and a magnet holder to which the operation shaft is swingably coupled; the magnet holder is joined to the slider such that the slider guides relative movement of the holder in a first linear direction orthogonal to the axis of the operation shaft but prevents relative movement of the holder in a second linear direction orthogonal to the first direction; and a guide mechanism configured to guide movement of the slider in the second direction is provided between the slider and the base. This prevents variation in the detection accuracy regardless of tilting of the shaft.

A link unit is provided on the top of the vehicle. The link unit is comprised of telescoping arms, which are parallel to each other. The link unit is comprised of base arm members, slide arm members, a base link which connects the base arm members, and support links, which are parallel to the base links and which connect the slide arm members. Further, the link unit is comprised of a drive boom, which is swung up and down on the top of the vehicle around a drive shaft, and a follow boom, which is swung, in the same direction as the drive boom, around a support shaft that is parallel to the drive shaft. One base arm member is attached to the leading end of the drive boom, and another base arm member is attached to the leading end of the follow boom.
