Abstract:
A display tube is provided that can improve light emission efficiency without raising a breakdown voltage. The display tube has a tubular vessel defining a discharge gas space and a pair of display electrodes for generating surface discharge along the circumferential surface of the vessel and opposing discharge traversing the inside of the vessel.
Abstract:
A display device is provided in which a structure of a display tube is simplified so as to achieve a cost reduction and electric connection to a driving circuit is made easy. In the display device including a group of display tubes arranged in parallel for emitting light by gas discharge, plural transparent auxiliary electrodes for display are arranged in the length direction on the outer surface of the tubular vessel that defines a discharge gas space of each of the display tubes, so that the position of a discharge portion is determined. The auxiliary electrodes at the same position in the length direction of the vessel are connected to one another electrically via a band-like power supplying conductor provided on a front substrate, and a back substrate is arranged on which a band-like conductor is provided along each of the display tubes at the back side of the group of display tubes.

The resin composition comprises A) 100 parts by weight of a resin composed of 0 to 99 parts by weight of an epoxy resin and 1 to 100 parts by weight of a polyimide resin, with the proviso that the total amount of the epoxy resin and the polyimide resin is 100 parts by weight, and B) 40 to 900 parts by weight of at least one filler selected from the group consisting of graphite, ketjen black, acetylene black, furnace carbon black and thermal carbon black.
Abstract:
A memory circuit includes a plurality of word lines connected to a plurality of memory cells, a plurality of row address decode circuits having address input terminals, a first wafer burn-in signal terminal, and a second wafer burn-in signal terminal. The row address decode circuits activate all of the word lines when the first wafer burn-in signal and the second wafer burn-in signal are in an enable state. On the other hand, the row address decode circuits activate a subset of the word lines when the second wafer burn-in signal is in the enable state.
Abstract:
In the present invention, a precharge circuit includes a precharge supply for setting equal potentials at pairs of spaced signal lines extending in parallel with respect to each other, a pair of switching elements for connecting and disconnecting respective signal lines to the supply, and a short circuit switching element for connecting and disconnecting short circuiting of the signal lines. The short circuit switching element consists of a transistor comprising a source and drain constituted by a pair of impurity regions formed underneath the pair of signal lines so as to correspond to the pair of signal lines and a gate. The gate of the transistor is formed in such a manner that gate length coincides with the widthwise direction of the pair of signal lines.

Sodium 7.beta.-(2D-2-amino-2-carboxyethylthioacetamido)-7.alpha.-methoxy-3-(1-methyl-1H-tetrazol-5-yl)thiomethyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylate heptahydrate and a method of obtaining it from the corresponding carboxylate.
Abstract:
An integrated device with high insulation tolerance is provided. A groove having an inclined side surface is provided between adjacent devices. When a side where an electronic circuit or MEMS device is mounted is a front surface, the groove becomes narrower from the front surface to a back surface because of the inclined surface. A mold material (insulating material) is disposed inside the groove, so that the plurality of devices are mechanically joined together, being electrically insulated from one another. A line member that establishes an electrical conduction between the adjacent devices is formed to lie along the side surface and the bottom surface of the groove. To lead the line out to the backside, the bottom surface of the groove has a hole, so that the line member is exposed to the backside from the hole.
Abstract:
A picture processing device (100) includes: a mask generation unit (110x) which generates a masking picture (110aI) based on an edge in a first picture (101a); a feature point masking unit (111x) which masks extracted feature points with the generated masking picture (110aI); a rotation matrix calculation unit (112) which calculates a positional change between the first picture and a second picture (101a, 101b) using a feature point selected from the feature points as a result of the masking; and a picture correction unit (113) which uses the calculated change.
Abstract:
An image processing device of the present invention includes: a motion amount estimating unit which estimates, using feature points extracted from each of a first picture and a second picture, a motion amount indicating an amount of displacement of the second picture with respect to the first picture, the second picture being captured temporally after the first picture; a determining unit which determines, using the feature points, whether or not correction is made using the motion amount estimated by the motion amount estimating unit; and a picture correcting unit which corrects the displacement of the second picture with respect to the first picture using the motion amount so as to correct the displacement between the pictures, in the case where the determining unit determines that the correction is made using the motion amount.
