    摘要: The present invention provides a thin film transistor, wherein the semiconductor channel region is patterned. Gate electrodes 102, gate insulating film 103, source electrodes 104, and drain electrodes 105 are formed on a glass substrate 101. A patterned insulating film is formed thereon, and a part of the film in the region 110 on the gate electrode is removed. An organic semiconductor film is formed thereon by vapor deposition. The organic semiconductor film 107 in the region 110, where the patterned insulating film is removed, becomes a channel region, and is separated from the organic semiconductor film 108 on the patterned insulating film 106. Therefore, the organic semiconductor channel region is patterned to have the same size as the gate electrode. In accordance with the present invention, a thin film transistor, wherein the semiconductor region is patterned precisely, becomes available.

    摘要: A control system for an automatic transmission includes a first frictional engagement element and a second frictional engagement element; and a first hydraulic servo for controlling the application/release of the first frictional engagement element and a second hydraulic servo for controlling the application/release of the second frictional engagement element. A regulator valve regulates the oil pressure to the first hydraulic servo. A signal pressure is applied to the regulator valve to establish a predetermined gear stage by switching the applied/released states of the first frictional engagement element and the second frictional engagement element by feeding/releasing oil pressure to/from the first hydraulic servo and the second hydraulic servo. The regulator valve includes a valve member having: a first pressure receiving area to which is applied the feed pressure to the first hydraulic servo as a feedback pressure in a first direction; a second pressure receiving area to which is applied the signal pressure in a second direction opposite the first direction; a fourth pressure receiving area to which is applied the feed pressure to the second hydraulic servo in the first direction, in a shift wherein the first frictional engagement element is released while the second frictional-engagement element is applied; and a third pressure receiving area to which is applied the signal pressure in the second direction, for regulation of the oil pressure only during a shift.

    摘要: A controller of an automatic transmission provides gear changes with optimum gear change characteristics under any traveling conditions. The controller of the automatic transmission of the present invention includes an input torque detector for determining input torque to the transmission, an inertia torque estimator for estimating an inertia torque corresponding to the rate of change of rotary speed of a rotary member during a gear change, input torque corrector for calculating a required operating torque by adding the input torque and the inertia torque and an operating pressure controller for controlling operating pressure to correspond to the required operating torque. The operating pressure corresponding to the necessary engagement torque is supplied to a hydraulic servo, to effect a gear change, irrespective throttle opening and driving speed and irrespective of whether the gear change is made step by step or jumped.

    摘要: A control system in an automatic transmission for controlling the change-over of the three speed change patterns which are a speed change pattern having a cross gear ratio on a low speed side, a speed change pattern having a cross gear ratio on a high speed side and a speed change pattern having a normal gear ratio. According to this controlling system, when one of the three speed change pattern is selected based one a throttle opening and a vehicle speed, and when it is judged that the gear shift from a speed range in the present speed change pattern to a speed range in the selected speed change pattern falls under on of prohibited conditions, e.g., requiring engagement and/or disengagement of three or more frictional engaging elements for the gear shift, the gear shift is performed using a temporary speed change pattern (including the present speed change pattern) including a speed range not falling under the prohibited conditions. Thereafter, the pattern selection is repeated and the change-over between speed change pattern is performed under a gear shift condition not falling under the prohibited conditions.
