摘要： That invention provides a nucleic acid information detection method which, in a method wherein a target nucleic acid, and probes having a complementary sequence with at least a portion of the target nucleic acid sequence, are contacted with each other in order to form hybrids between the target nucleic acid and the probes, and the amount of signal generated depending on the amount of hybrids is measured in order to detect the information on the target nucleic acid, includes kinetically obtaining data of the signal. Furthermore the invention provides a nucleic acid information detection method which, in a method wherein a perfect matched probe having a perfect complementary sequence with respect to at least part of a target nucleic acid sequence, and one or more types of imperfectly matched probes having at least one part of the perfect matched probe mutated, are contacted with the target nucleic acid in order to hybridize between the target nucleic acid and the perfect matched probe, or the imperfect matched probes, so that the information on the target nucleic acid can be detected based on the difference in binding strength of the hybrids, includes kinetically obtaining data of the signal while changing continuously or stepwise the condition for measuring or detecting the signal from the hybrids.

摘要： A method of manufacturing an ink cartridge for use in an ink jet recorder, comprising the step of providing an ink bag having a top end, and a bottom end below the top end, the top end being open and the bottom end having an ink feed port therein; moving the ink bag from a first position near a top edge thereof and positioning the ink bag in a vacuum chamber; depressurizing the vacuum chamber; charging a selected quantity of ink into the ink bag; sealing the open end of the ink bag at a second position below the first position; pressing the sealed portion of the ink bag to a selected thickness with press plates; sealing the bag in the pressed position at a third position below the second position; and cutting the ink bag between the second and third positions.

摘要： A method of manufacturing an ink cartridge for use in an ink jet recorder including positioning a container body having a bottom wall and an opening on a pallet such that the bottom wall faces upward, the container body including a porous member, a foam chamber for accommodating the porous member therein, and an ink supply port, having an inlet formed in the bottom surface of the foam chamber and an outlet; inserting packing into the ink supply port; sealing the ink supply port outlet; resetting the container body on the pallet by turning the container body upside down such that the opening faces upward; affixing a filter to the ink supply port inlet; inserting the porous member into the foam chamber; bonding a cover to the opening of the container body; injecting ink into the foam chamber; and sealing the cover.

To take a sample from among the wafers in the machine, the carrier is loaded on the drawer, the carrier held on the drawer is pushed through the second opening into the case, wafer is picked out by a full-automatic transferring apparatus from a wafer storage, the wafer is inserted through the second opening into the case, the wafer is placed on the carrier by guiding it through the groove of the carrier and the drawer is pulled out.
