    摘要: [Problem] A substrate for a compound semiconductor solar cell which maintains excellent elasticity even after a high temperature process at the time of forming a thin film is provided.[Means for Resolution] The substrate for a compound semiconductor solar cell is formed of a steel plate, and a Cr layer having a coating film quantity of 300 to 8000 mg/m2 is formed on a surface of the substrate on a side to which a solar cell layer is laminated. The Cr layer having a coating film quantity of 500 to 3000 mg/m2 may be formed on the surface of the substrate on a side to which the solar cell layer is laminated, and a film forming temperature of the solar cell layer is less than 550° C. The Cr layer having a coating film quantity of 2000 to 8000 mg/m2 may be formed on the surface of the substrate on a side to which the solar cell layer is laminated, and a film forming temperature of the solar cell layer is more than 800° C. The Cr layer having a coating film quantity of 2000 to 5000 mg/m2 may be formed on the surface of the substrate on a side to which the solar cell layer is laminated, and a film forming temperature of the solar cell layer is not less than 550° C. and not more than 800° C. A quantity of Mn component in a steel strip is not more than 2 wt % . A quantity of Fe component in the steel strip is not more than 98 wt %.

    摘要: Servo data respectively recorded in the peripheral and innermost tracks of a magnetic disk at low and high densities in synchronism with a predetermined write period are read back and binarized by the magnetic head as flux reversal patterns. In this case, on the basis of a table stored in the EEPROM in advance, the filter characteristic of a characteristic variable type low-pass filter is variably set to be a characteristic defined by a low cutoff frequency fc and a small boost amount in the peripheral zone and to be a characteristic defined by a high cutoff frequency and a boost amount, which is large on a high-frequency side, on the central zone. The peak waveforms of a servo signal in the central side are raised to be sharpened, and a qualification level in a pulse decoder is variably set to be high in the outermost tracks and to be low in the innermost tracks. The low-pass filter receives a servo signal output from an AGC amplifier, removes a specific frequency component from the servo signal in accordance with a set filter characteristic, and sends the resultant signal to the pulse decoder as a servo signal. The pulse decoder converts the servo signal, which is uniform in the peripheral and innermost tracks of the disk, into a binary pulse in accordance with the set qualification level.

Further, the apparatus contains a binarization circuit for generating read data pulses based on the threshold signal output from the integrating circuit and a differentiated signal obtained by differentiating the read signal output from the filter circuit.
