    摘要: A multilayer substrate with inner capacitors comprising a dielectric layer sandwiched between upper and lower insulating layers, a couple of printed electrodes in desired patterns within the thickness of the dielectric layer so as to form each capacitor at the portion of the dielectric layer corresponding to the electrodes, and a couple of leading terminals on one surface of the insulating layer, which communicate with the electrodes, the multilayer substrate being characterized in that the dielectric layer is composed of a ceramic composition mainly comprising MTiO.sub.3 -based ceramics (M represents one or several of Ba, Ca, Mg, La, Sr and Nd) and the insulating layer is composed of a ceramic composition mainly comprising MgO-SiO.sub.2 -CaO-based ceramics, which is defined by an area surrounded by the lines connecting points A, B, C, D, E, F and G as shown in FIG. 1 and listed below, wherein X, Y and Z respectively represent weight percent values of MgO, SiO.sub.2 and CaO at points A, B, C, D, E, F and G.______________________________________ X Y Z ______________________________________ A 60 40 0 B 40 60 0 C 30 60 10 D 30 50 20 E 20 50 30 F 40 30 30 G 60 30 10 ______________________________________ With this multilayer substrate, the dielectric layer and the insulating layers can be co-fired.     摘要: A deflection yoke device is a device for deflecting an electron beam traveling inside a CRT, and a deflection yoke device which is driven by a particularly high frequency has horizontal deflection coils each wound into a saddle-type configuration. In the invention, each horizontal deflection coil is provided with an intermediate terminal, and a damping circuit is provided between the intermediate terminals or between each intermediate terminal and a high voltage-side terminal or a low voltage-side terminal. The damping circuit eliminates electrical oscillations occurring in the horizontal deflection coil.

    摘要: The coating solution of the invention is useful for forming a silica-based coating layer on a substrate such as semiconductor silicon wafers in the manufacturing process of semiconductor devices such as VLSIs. The coating solution is particularly advantageous to smooth a substrate surface having a difference in levels by completely filling the recessed areas. The coating solution is an organic solution of a cohydrolyzate of an alkoxy silane mixture composed of at least two kinds of di-, tri- and tetraalkoxy silane compounds such as a combination of methyl trimethoxy silane and tetramethoxy silane in a specified molar ratio and can be prepared by adding water to an organic solution of these alkoxy silane compounds without using any acid catalyst to effect the cohydrolysis of the silane compounds.

    摘要: The invention provides an improved process for providing wirings and electrodes of aluminum film on the surface of a substrate. Instead of the conventional method of directly forming an organic resist layer on the metal film, a remarkable improvement in the fineness and accuracy of patterning is obtained by providing a subsidiary masking layer, mainly composed of silicon dioxide, between the metal film and the organic resist layer; and pattern-wise etching by first etching the subsidiary masking layer through a patterned mask of the organic resist layer with a fluorine-containing etching gas to form a patterned subsidiary masking layer, and then etching the metal film with a chlorine-containing etching gas through the mask of the patterned subsidiary masking layer, followed by final removal of the remaining subsidiary masking layer.
