    摘要: A battery connection plate a manufacturing method therefor is provided. A terminal 5 and a busbar 9 are insert-molded in the plate body 2. The terminal 5 is screw-connected to an electrode of a battery with a nut. The terminal 5 is provided with a hole portion and a projecting portion having an opening communicating with the hole portion, and the opening faces in the screwing direction of the nut. Otherwise, the plate body 2 is provided with a pin portion and projections arranged on both sides of the pin portion, and the terminal is provided with a through hole for the pin portion. The projections are positioned adjacently to both sides of the terminal, and the terminal is secured to the plate body 2 by melting the pin portion and the projections and by transforming them. The terminal body is formed integrally with the busbar 9 with use of a metal sheet, and the busbar 9 is formed by double-folding back the metal sheet, wherein the terminal body is connected to the busbar through a narrow portion. The plate body 2 is provided with a pair of guide walls 51,52 having respective slit-like insertion-fixing portions 53,54 to receive the electric wire connected to the terminal 5, and a groove portion 56 for arranging the electric wires is formed between the guide walls.

    摘要: A battery connection plate a manufacturing method therefor is provided. A terminal (5) and a busbar (9) are insert-molded in the plate body (2). The terminal (5) is screw-connected to an electrode of a battery with a nut. The terminal (5) is provided with a hole portion and a projecting portion having an opening communicating with the hole portion, and the opening faces in the screwing direction of the nut.     摘要: A wire shield structure and a wire shielding method which achieve electromagnetic shielding, and reduce the number of component parts so as to enhance the efficiency of an assembling operation. In the wire shield structure, wires are covered with a shield member formed by laminating a metal foil layer and an insulating layer together, and the wires are led out of the shield member, and is connected to desired equipment. An extension portion of the shield member is folded, with the metal foil layer disposed at the inner side, to form a lead wire portion, and a distal end portion of the lead wire portion is folded back, with the metal foil layer exposed, to form an earth terminal for grounding purposes. Therefore, without the use of a separate lead wire, the shielding effect can be enhanced, and the number of the component parts can be reduced.

    摘要: A tying band cluster consists of a plurality of tying bands connected in series, end to end, in longitudinal direction. Each of the tying bands has a head portion, a projecting piece formed at one end of the head portion, and a major portion of a band body formed at the other end of the head portion. When a tying band is formed, the projecting piece of the current tying band is fused with the free end of the major portion of the previous tying band. Because the major portion of the previous tying band is left in the molding dies when the next tying band is formed, the major portion of the previous tying band is kept heated and can therefore be fused completely with the projecting piece of the tying band currently being formed. This ensures a solid connection between the tying bands.

    摘要: A busbar for battery electrode post connection with a terminal for voltage detection is provided. Both ends of a length direction of a rectangular thin plate of a conductive metal are left and an elongated opening is formed in a center. Two holes through which an electrode post of one battery and an electrode post of an adjacent battery are inserted are respectively formed in the rectangular thin plates of both sides around the elongated opening of the center. A terminal for voltage detection is extended integrally to the rectangular thin plate from an edge of the rectangular thin plate. The two holes overlap in a state of where the rectangular thin plate is folded in two with respect to the elongated opening. The terminal for voltage detection can be erected from the rectangular thin plate by folding the terminal for voltage detection in a vertical direction.
