摘要: Cardiac tissue ablation catheters including an inflatable and flexible toroidal or spherically shaped balloon disposed at a distal region of an elongate member, a flexible circuit carried by an outer surface of the balloon, the flexible circuit including, a plurality of flexible branches conforming to the radially outer surface of the balloon, each of the plurality of flexible branches including a substrate, a conductive trace carried by the substrate, and an ablation electrode carried by the substrate, the ablation electrode in electrical communication with the conductive trace, and an elongate shaft comprising a guidewire lumen extending in the elongate member and extending from a proximal region of the inflatable balloon to distal region of the inflatable balloon and being disposed within the inflatable balloon, wherein a distal region of the elongate shaft is secured directly or indirectly to the distal region of the inflatable balloon.

摘要: The present technology relates to intraocular shunting systems and methods. In some embodiments, the present technology includes intraocular shunting systems that include a drainage element having an inflow portion configured for placement within an anterior chamber of the eye outside of an optical field of view of the patient and an outflow portion configured for placement at a different location of the eye. The system can also include a flow control assembly having a rotational control element operably coupled to the drainage element. The flow control assembly can further include an actuation structure coupled to the rotational control element and configured to selectively change an orientation of the rotational control element. An amount of fluid through the inflow portion and/or the outflow portion can vary based on the selected orientation of the rotational control element.

摘要: A device for treating a diseased native valve in a patient includes a frame structure and a valve segment coupled to the frame structure. The frame structure has an unexpanded configuration and an expanded configuration. The valve segment has a plurality of leaflets, a seal, and a seal support. An inflow edge of the plurality of leaflets is unsupported by the frame structure. The seal is attached to the inflow edge of the plurality of leaflets and positioned radially between the frame structure and the plurality of leaflets. The seal support is attached to or within the seal and provides axial rigidity to the seal.

摘要: The present technology relates to intracardiac sensors and associated systems and methods. In some embodiments, the present technology includes a device for monitoring pressure within a patient's heart. The device can include an implantable capacitor having a capacitance value that is variable based on the pressure within the patient's heart and a sensing circuit configured to measure the capacitance value. The device can also include an implantable inductor and a power circuit configured to wirelessly receive power from an external source via the inductor. When the device is in a first configuration, the capacitor can be electrically coupled to the sensing circuit and the inductor can be electrically coupled to the power circuit. When the device is in a second configuration, the capacitor can be electrically coupled to the inductor to form a resonant circuit.

摘要: Intravascular blood pump systems that include a catheter assembly and an external console assembly. The catheter assembly may be in one or more of fluidic or electrical communication. The catheter assembly may include a controller with an executable method stored therein, wherein the executable method may be configured to receive sensed information that is indicative of a sensed characteristic of fluid in a fluid pathway, at least a portion of the fluid pathway disposed within the catheter assembly, and cause an alert if any of the sensed information is indicative that the external console assembly is not functioning properly.
