    摘要: A rotor includes a high-temperature section and a low-temperature section on its circumference. It is possible to absorb and separate carbon dioxide gas in an effluent or exhaust gas simply by rotating the rotor. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a reliable absorbing/separating system. The system can be remarkably simplified, the regenerating cost thereof can be considerably reduced, and the maintenance thereof is easy. A fixed type of system has similar advantages. Lithium zirconate, an alkali metal oxide, and/or an alkali earth metal oxide is used as an absorbing/separating agent. Such an absorbing/separating agent is chemically and mechanically stable, and can absorb and release carbon dioxide gas stably and reversibly.

    摘要: An apparatus for preventing the emission of dioxins in an incineration facility including an incinerator having a boiler, and an exhaust gas treatment facility for treating exhaust gas discharged from a flue of the boiler. This apparatus further includes a steam supply pipe for supplying steam into a water tube or a downcomer of the boiler from an auxiliary boiler or another steam-generating source, a flue damper for opening and closing the flue of the boiler, a detector for detecting the temperature of gas within the boiler at a point disposed upstream of the flue damper, and a damper control device responsive to a temperature, detected by the detector, for opening and closing the flue damper. In a starting operation of the incineration facility, the flue damper is closed, and in this condition steam is supplied into the water tube or the downcomer of the boiler from the steam supply pipe, thereby raising the temperature of a body of the boiler, and also raising the temperature of gas within the boiler through boiler water, and the flue damper is opened when the detector detects the fact that the gas within the boiler reaches a predetermined temperature, thereby preventing dioxins, residing or remaining in the incineration facility, from being discharged to the exterior.

    摘要: The invention relates to a process and a device for detoxifying the waste gases from waste incinerating plants, at least one plasma gas flow being admixed to the hot fresh flue gas flow from the waste incinerating plant for the thermal decomposition of the toxic compounds, the fresh flue gas flow is preferably heated up in a recuperation stage with a high-temperature heat exchanger by the plasma-beam-treated flue gas in the counter-flow principle and subsequently at least one plasma gas flow is mixed into the fresh flue gas heated in this fashion. Following this, the gas mixture being at a peak temperature is used for heating up the fresh flue gas flow in the recuperation stage and cooled to a temperature which is still above the waste gas temperature, and it is subsequently finally treated in a waste heat system and a flue gas purification.
