    摘要： A method of manufacturing a fuel resistant material for use in collapsible fuel tanks that includes preparing a spreadable rubber mixture; spread coating the rubber mixture onto a fabric substrate; drying the rubber and fabric to create a primed fabric; applying a first rubber film on a first surface and a second rubber film on a second surface of the primed fabric, the first rubber film being applied at a thickness greater than a thickness on the second rubber film on the second surface to create an off balanced fabric; applying a third rubber film to the second surface to a produce a thickness substantially equal to that of the first surface to create a final coated product; and curing the final coated product.

    摘要： An underlayment material includes a sheet of masticated rubber. A vapor barrier film is extruded onto the sheet of masticated rubber. In one embodiment, a portion of the vapor barrier film extends beyond at least one edge of the sheet of masticated rubber so as to form a flap extending therefrom. An elongated adhesive strip is disposed on a first side of the vapor barrier film. The elongated adhesive strip includes a removable cover film that protects the elongated adhesive strip until the cover film has been removed. The elongated adhesive strip is positioned so as to facilitate sealing of the flap extending from the vapor barrier film of a first unit of the underlayment material to the elongated adhesive strip of a second unit of the underlayment material.

    摘要： A resilient floor tile includes a base layer, a film layer, a decorative film layer, and a topcoat. The resilient floor tile has a shaped edge formed on an upper surface thereof that extends about at least a portion of a perimeter of the resilient floor tile. In order to make the resilient floor tile, a continuous sheet of a base layer is conveyed into a press die. The press die is actuated from an open position to a closed position. The continuous sheet is cut with a blade of a cutting tool of the press die to form side surfaces of the resilient floor tile when the press die is in the closed position. A shaped edge is formed on at least a portion of a perimeter of an upper surface of the resilient floor tile with a forming tool of the press die when the press die is in the closed position.
