摘要: A small home/office tactile printing system comprises a print head assembly and a paper feed assembly. The print head assembly includes a print head for printing with ink and an applicator for applying a liquid. The paper feed assembly moves paper (or any other medium suitable for printing) relative to the print head assembly and its components for printing the ink on the paper, applying the liquid to the medium and curing the liquid. The liquid is ultraviolet (UV) curable glue and curing is exposure of the UV liquid to UV light. The present invention also includes a variety of methods including a method for printing tactile information, a method for copying a document having tactile printing, a method for binding sheets of a media, a method for scratch-off printing and method for copying a bound document.

摘要: The invention provides a method for patterning coatings which includes the steps of: a) applying coatings onto a flat plate; b) allowing the coatings applied to the flat plate to contact with protrusions of a substrate so as to transfer portions of the coatings on the flat plate which contact with the protrusions of the substrate to the protrusions of the substrate from the flat plate, the substrate having unevenness formed with the protrusions and grooves; and c) allowing the coatings remaining on the flat plate or on the protrusions of the substrate to contact with a print surface of a print object so as to transfer the coatings to the print object. The method has simple processes, and ensures high precision and high speed in patterning functional materials, preferalby, electronic materials.

摘要: A method for creating raised and special printing effects using inkjet technology is provided. The method includes the steps of depositing a light curable photo-polymer material (18) on the area selected for the printing effects and curing the area. The amount of material to be deposited corresponds to the area selected for the printing effects and the height of the raised area relative to the medium (22) on which the photo-polymer material (18) is deposited.

摘要: A 3D object molding apparatus has a tank holding an uncolored or white resin as a first material for use in molding an interior of a 3D molded object and other thanks holding colored resins as second materials for use in molding a surface of the 3D molded object. A control unit moves a nozzle head in the XY plane and controls jetting of resins from injection nozzles of the nozzle head. When molding an interior of the 3D molded product, at least the first material is jetted and when molding a surface of the product, at least the second material is jetted. The apparatus has coloring nozzles to jet predetermined coloring agents in molding the 3D molded product to achieve coloring of the 3D molded product in the molding process.
