    摘要: The invention provides a method for patterning coatings which includes the steps of: a) applying coatings onto a flat plate; b) allowing the coatings applied to the flat plate to contact with protrusions of a substrate so as to transfer portions of the coatings on the flat plate which contact with the protrusions of the substrate to the protrusions of the substrate from the flat plate, the substrate having unevenness formed with the protrusions and grooves; and c) allowing the coatings remaining on the flat plate or on the protrusions of the substrate to contact with a print surface of a print object so as to transfer the coatings to the print object. The method has simple processes, and ensures high precision and high speed in patterning functional materials, preferalby, electronic materials.

    摘要: An apparatus for connecting a multi-conductor cable of a first device to a pin grid array connector of a second device, wherein said apparatus comprises a first printed circuit board (PCB) for terminating the conductors of the cable, which are connected to a first PCB surface mounted connector mounted on the first PCB. The first PCB surface mounted connector is mated with a second PCB surface mounted connector mounted on a second PCB, on which a PCB surface mounted socket grid array is also mounted for mating to the pin grid array connector of the second device. This apparatus allows the same (i.e., standardized) multi-conductor cable with the same first PCB and the same first PCB surface mounted connector to be used regardless of what style connector is used by the second device.

    摘要: A pulse of heat or cold is applied and conducted transversely through a ball grid array device and a printed circuit board via a selected one of the solder joints between them. Heat diffused through the other solder joints is neutralized by a thermal bias shield. The shield is then removed and a thermographic image of the printed circuit board is taken. The process is repeated for each solder joint, and the images are compared to identify defective solder joints.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a flat type heat transferring device, and manufacturing method of the same, which is comprises of a capillary wick that is provided inside a case and formed by weaving a wire in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction so as to absorb a liquid coolant, and a linear member that is formed to have a different wire diameter from the wire of the capillary wick and woven in the capillary wick to form a space where a vapor coolant flows. Accordingly, the mechanically stabilized support rigidity can be secured and an ultra thin configuration can be implemented with a light-weight, in particular, the problem of degrading the capillary force is resolved, and it has the effect that the cooling efficiency can be improved with smooth flowing of a coolant.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a surface expression vector expressing a parvovirus antigen on the surface of microorganisms, the vector containing not only a gene encoding the capsid antigen protein of parvovirus causing canine parvovirus (CPV) infection and feline panleukopenia (FLP) but also at least one of pgsB, pgsC and pgsA genes encoding a poly-gamma-glutamate synthetase complex. Also, the present invention relates to microorganisms transformed with the surface expression vector, and parvovirus vaccines containing the transformed microorganisms. According to the present invention, the use of the recombinant bacterial strains expressing the parvovirus antigen on their surface allows the economical production of vaccines for the treatment and prevention of canine parvovirus infection and feline panleukopenia.

In the insulation thickness designing method, differently from a conventional design method wherein only AC insulation breakdown electric-field, impulse insulation breakdown electric-field, and partial discharge initiation electric-field characteristics of an insulation sheet sample are applied to cable insulation thickness design equations, conversion coefficients, which are obtained in consideration of the effects of shape, area, and thickness along with the respective electric-field values, to the cable insulation thickness design equations, thereby achieving an increase in the accuracy of the insulation thickness of the high-temperature superconducting cable to be manufactured.

    摘要: A sulfide phosphor paste composition comprising a sulfur-containing dispersant, and a fluorescent film prepared therefrom, are provided. The sulfur-containing dispersant has a dual head structure containing both a carboxyl group and a thiol group or a structure containing a thiol or thiophene group as a head group. An oligomeric sulfur-containing dispersant is also provided. Adsorption of the dispersant on the surface of the sulfide phosphor prevents aggregation of the phosphor particles, and thereby improves the dispersibility of the sulfide phosphor paste composition, the homogeneity of the phosphor in the paste composition, and the density of a film produced from the paste composition. Fluorescent films and display devices produced from the phosphor paste composition exhibit improved luminescent properties and excellent processability.
