摘要: A cooling system includes a radiator for radiating heat of a coolant heated by a fuel cell, and a first main pipe line and a second main pipe line which allow coolant to circulate between the fuel cell and the radiator. A thermostat is located midway through the second main pipe line and adapted to switch the circulation path for the coolant, and a bypass pipe line. The radiator includes a first tank connected to the first main pipe line, a second tank connected to the second main pipe line, and a cooling portion provided between the first tank and the second tank and adapted to perform heat exchange with the outside air. The thermostat is connected to the first tank by the bypass pipe line. The resulting configuration facilitates pipe line routing and increases the freedom of the layout of components.

摘要: A cooling structure is a separate member from a structural portion of an engine. An oil injection pipe includes cooling oil injection holes for injecting cooling oil into cylinder bores and is mounted across an engine at a somewhat upper position with respect to a crank shaft and in parallel with the crank shaft. Both ends of the oil injection pipe are fixed through mounting members to right and left side walls of the engine, whereby the pipe is mounted. Two left and right pipe portions are joined together at a central position between the two to constitute the oil injection pipe as a single pipe. At the connection in the central position, the oil injection pipe is connected to an oil supply path. Oil supplied through the oil supply path flows into the left and right pipe portions and is injected from the injection holes into the cylinder bores.

摘要: A cooling water communication passage extending in a cylinder disposition direction is provided at a cylinder block-integrated crankcase of an engine with parallel multiple cylinders loaded by being tilted forward, and cooling water is supplied to a water jacket from the cooling water communication passage. The cooling water communication passage is adjacently disposed below the water jacket at a rear side of the cylinder bank, a water pump is placed at a crankcase side wall located at a rear side from a crankshaft, and a downstream side cooling water pipe through which the cooling water discharged from the water pump is passed is connected to an intermediate portion of the cooling water communication passage.

摘要: To decrease adhesion of dirt to a radiator, miniaturize the radiator in front of an engine and improve engine cooling performance by efficiently applying cooling air to the engine. An oil cooler includes a first oil cooler and a second oil cooler. The first oil cooler is disposed in front of an engine. The second oil cooler is disposed in a front cover at a position higher than an upper edge of a front wheel. The first oil cooler is disposed immediately in front of a cooling fan. The first oil cooler is disposed so as to close an air intake guide of the cooling fan less than 50%. The first oil cooler and the second oil cooler are serially connected along an oil line. A heat radiation area of the second oil cooler is larger than that of the first oil cooler.

摘要: A vehicle radiator device having a radiator with a first tank and a second tank coupled through a heat radiation core. The radiator is mounted onto an engine in a power unit supported by a vehicle body frame. The first and second tanks of the radiator are made of synthetic resin. The radiator is mounted onto the engine through a shroud made of elastic material for conducting cooling wind of the radiator in such a manner that vibrations of the engine are absorbed by the elasticity of the shroud to thereby prevent excitation to the radiator. The resulting radiator device is a simple, low-priced structure with reduced weight, which is supported by the engine in such a manner as to isolate vibrations.
