摘要： A fluid end made of a plurality of fluid end sections positioned in a side-by-side relationship. Each fluid end section is made of a housing having a discharge bore and an intake bore formed therein. A fluid routing plug is installed within each housing and is configured to route fluid throughout the housing and between the discharge and intake bores. The fluid routing plug carries seals that engage sealing surfaces formed within the housing. A number of features, including the location of seals within bore walls and carbide inserts within valve guides, aid in reducing or transferring wear within each housing.

摘要： Frac pumps have liners for a suction manifold that is adapted to provide fluid to a plurality of intake ports of a multi-unit reciprocating pump. The liners comprise a compressible, resilient body. The compressible, resilient body is carried within the suction manifold. When installed in the suction manifold, the body defines a channel extending through the manifold that is adapted to convey fluid from an inlet of the suction manifold to the intake ports of the pump units. The cross-sectional area of the channel diminishes along the direction of flow through the channel.

摘要： A reciprocating pump includes a fluid end having a body defining a plunger bore that engages a plunger sleeve with a threaded interface, where the plunger sleeve defines throughbore configured to receive a plunger operatively reciprocating within the plunger bore during operation of the reciprocating pump. A packing assembly including a plurality of stacked annular seals is disposed between the plunger sleeve and the plunger. A packing nut having a threaded profile for engagement with a threaded surface of the plunger bore asserts a load against the packing assembly to ensure a positive engagement with the plunger.
