Abstract: A ground assembly includes a first layer, a second layer, and a bypass capacitor. The first layer includes a power ground, a communication ground spaced from the power ground, a conductive path defining a parasitic inductance and electrically coupled between the power ground and the communication ground, and an electrically insulating layer. At least a portion of the insulating layer is positioned between the power and communication grounds. The second layer includes a first substrate that is spaced from the power ground to define a first parasitic capacitance therebetween and is spaced from the communication ground to define a second parasitic capacitance therebetween. The bypass capacitor is electrically coupled between the power ground and the first substrate.

Abstract: An air blower comprising includes a blower housing, impeller fan, and pressure tap. The blower housing defines a blower housing interior and includes a housing wall portion, an air inlet and an air outlet. The impeller fan is positioned within the blower housing interior. A first end of the pressure tap is outside the blower housing interior and a second end is inside the blower housing interior. The through passage extends through the body portion and the base portion. The base portion includes a radius portion extending both from the body portion towards the second end and radially outward from the body portion. The second end of the pressure tap is positioned closer to the impeller fan than the housing wall portion.

Abstract: A combustion air blower includes a blower housing, an impeller fan within the blower housing, and an embossment to restrict airflow from the combustion air blower. The blower housing has a discharge conduit defining a discharge passageway. The discharge conduit is adapted and configured to receive a baffle such that, when the baffle is received, the baffle extends inwardly into the discharge passageway from a first wall towards a second wall opposite the first wall. The baffle restricts airflow within the discharge passageway. The embossment is in the discharge passageway and in the second wall and extends towards the first wall such that the embossment restricts airflow within the discharge passageway. The embossment cooperates with a baffle to provide a reduced cross sectional area of the discharge passageway in comparison to an upstream portion.

Abstract: An electric motor assembly includes a rotor assembly configured to rotate about a central axis and a stator assembly configured to extend about the rotor assembly. The rotor assembly includes at least one of the following: a plurality of spokes and at least one neodymium iron boron magnet. The stator assembly includes an annular body including an inner surface and an outer surface. A first thickness is defined between the inner surface and the outer surface. The stator assembly also includes a plurality of stator teeth extending radially from the annular body and spaced circumferentially about the annular body. Each stator tooth has a second thickness. A ratio of the second thickness to the first thickness is in a range of about 0.5 to about 1. The stator assembly includes no more than 24 slots defined by the plurality of stator teeth.
