摘要: A polyhydric phenol resin is provided. The polyhydric phenol resin comprises a polyhydric phenol resin component and a first component. When the polyhydric phenol resin is characterized in a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), the first component is eluted at a retention time ranging from 27.1 minutes to 28.0 minutes, and based on the total area of the chromatographic peaks of the polyhydric phenol resin, the area percentage of the chromatographic peak of the first component at the corresponding retention time in the spectrum ranges from 1.0% to 20%.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a method for fabricating a heterogeneous nickel-based catalyst on an aluminum oxide support. The method includes a solution preparation step, a drop-cast step, a first calcining step, and a second calcining step. The solution preparation step is provided for preparing a precursor solution. The drop-cast step is provided for dropping the precursor on the support. The first calcining step is provided for obtaining an oxidation state catalyst. The second calcining step is provided for obtaining the heterogeneous nickel-based catalysts on aluminum oxide support.

摘要: The present invention provides a compound comprising EO (ethylene oxide)/PO (propylene oxide) block copolymer which can be used as an emulsifier. The present invention also provides a water-borne epoxy resin composition comprising the compound and a coating composition comprising the water-borne epoxy resin composition. The advantages of the present invention is that the epoxy resin composition or the coating composition, which the compound of the present invention is added to, enhances the compatibility between water and epoxy resin, and enhances the anticorrosive properties of the epoxy resin composition and the coating composition.

A process for producing the product of glycidyl ether of a mono or polyhydric phenol typically includes reacting an epihalohydrin with a mono or polyhydric phenol in the presence of a catalyst to produce a halohydrin ether; and dehalogenating the halohydrin ether to form the product of glycidyl ether of a mono or polyhydric phenol.

摘要: Provided are an amino resin composition, a varnish, a coating layer, and a product. The amino resin composition comprises a repeating unit represented by the following Formula (I): A 13C-NMR spectrum of the amino resin composition has a first characteristic peak at 159 ppm to 161 ppm and a second characteristic peak at 70 ppm to 80 ppm. Based on the integral value of the first characteristic peak as 1, the integral value of the second characteristic peak is in the range from 0.01 to 0.25. Adopting the amino resin composition can accelerate the drying of the varnish and ensure the coating layer and the product have high hardness, high gloss and excellent color stability.

摘要: A preparation method of a polyurethane resin including the following steps is provided. A liquid polyamine compound is placed in a continuous reaction system, and the liquid polyamine compound is circulated in the continuous reaction system. A solid bis(cyclic carbonate) and a solid catalyst are placed in the continuous reaction system to mix the solid bis(cyclic carbonate), solid catalyst, and liquid polyamine compound to form a heterogeneous mixture. The heterogeneous mixture is heated in the continuous reaction system in a microwave manner, such that the heterogeneous mixture reacts to form a polyurethane resin.

摘要: The present invention provides a photosensitive resin composition, comprising: (a) photo-polymerizable unsaturated compound, (b) hydroxyurethane compound, and (c) photoinitiator. The photosensitive resin composition can be used as photoresist coating for dry film photoresist to manufacture the electronic components, such as print circuit board and so on. Further, the (b) hydroxyurethane compound having [CC]/[NH2] between 0.5 and 0.9, which increases the resolution, adhesion, and stripping ability of photosensitive resin composition for dry film photoresist, and improves the effectiveness and the quality of dry film photoresist for manufacturing printed circuit board and other electric component.
