摘要: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for decoding an image using inter-prediction. The method of decoding an image using inter-prediction includes receiving a bitstream; acquiring a portion of information indicating a motion vector of a current block to be decoded in the received bitstream, obtaining the motion vector of the current block by using the acquired information to determine the remaining information other than the portion, and generating a prediction block for the current block through inter-prediction that uses the motion vector of the current block. Therefore, it is possible to improve image decoding/encoding efficiency.

摘要: Provided are a method and device for providing vehicle-to-everything (V2X) services in next generation wireless access technology (New RAT). The method controls the sidelink HARQ feedback operation by a terminal. A PSSCH scheduled by a PSCCH including sidelink control information is received from a transmitting terminal. Wireless resources of a PSFCH including HARQ feedback information regarding the PSSCH are determined and allocated in one symbol. The PSFCH, allocated in the one symbol, are repeatedly transmitted to the transmitting terminal in two consecutive symbols.

摘要: Operating a selector device that controls access of a signal to a memory element may comprise applying a main operating voltage pulse and a refresh voltage pulse to the selector device. The refresh voltage pulse and main operating voltage pulse have opposite polarities. A magnitude of the main operating voltage pulse is greater than or equal to a threshold voltage for turning on the selector device, and a maximum magnitude of the refresh voltage pulse is less than the threshold voltage. The refresh voltage pulse reduces a difference between the threshold voltage and a turn-off voltage of the selector device, and may be applied immediately before or immediately after the main operating voltage pulse. An electronic circuit may include the selector device and a driving circuit for apply the pulses. A nonvolatile memory may include the driving circuit and a plurality of nonvolatile memory elements each including a selector device.
