摘要: The present invention relates to a pyrrolo-pyridine derivative compound, a method for preparing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same as an active ingredient for the prevention or treatment of protein kinase-related diseases. A compound represented by chemical formula 1, an optical isomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to the present invention, has excellent inhibitory activity against various protein kinases including DYRK1A, and therefore, the pharmaceutical composition containing the same as an active ingredient can be favorably used in the treatment or prevention of protein kinase-related diseases. Particularly, the pharmaceutical composition can be effectively used in the prevention, treatment, or alleviation of Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or Alzheimer's dementia.

The genetic marker of the present invention is a specific marker for determining the meat quality traits of pigs, and thus the marker can be used not only as a means for the objective evaluation of meat quality traits of pigs that cannot be determined by the naked eye but also as a means for distinguishing between foreign pigs and Korean native pigs, and is thereby capable of contributing to the establishment of distribution order of pork meat.

摘要: The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating asthma comprising a Pistacia weinmannifolia J. Poiss. ex Franch extract or a fraction thereof. The Pistacia weinmannifolia J. Poiss. ex Franch extract or the fraction thereof according to the present invention does not exhibit toxicity, inhibits the generation of NO, IL-4, IL-5, and IL-13 and the generation of reactive oxygen species in the bronchial tubes, and has significantly induced the alleviation of airway hyperresponsiveness, inhibition of the infiltration of inflammatory cells into the bronchial tubes, and reduction of inflammatory cells in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in an ovalbumin-induced asthma mouse model. In addition, the Pistacia weinmannifolia J. Poiss. ex Franch extract or the fraction thereof according to the present invention effectively inhibits the secretion of immunoglobulins in serum, secretion of mucus in the bronchial tubes, and infiltration of inflammatory cells into lung tissue and thus can be usefully used as a safe preparation for preventing and treating asthma.
