    摘要: An angular velocity sensor includes first and second oscillators and a coupling beam. The coupling beam couples the first and second oscillators together in such a manner that the first and second oscillators vibrate relative to each other in a predetermined direction. The coupling beam includes a first post portion joined to a surface of the first oscillator, a second post portion joined to a surface of the second oscillator, and a spring portion that joins the first post portion to the second post portion. The spring portion is spaced from the first and second oscillators and has elasticity in the predetermined direction.

The material gas concentration control system is used for a material evaporation system, and comprises a body that is connected to an outlet line and that has an internal flow channel for flowing the mixed gas, a concentration measuring part that measures the concentration of the material gas in the mixed gas, and a first valve that is arranged downstream of the concentration measuring part and that adjusts the measured concentration measured by the concentration measuring part at a previously determined set concentration, wherein the concentration measuring part and the first valve are mounted on the body.

    摘要: A paper tube of a propeller tube 12 is made by winding a single faced corrugated fiberboard 16 in which a wavy corrugating medium 16b is fixed to one side of a flat linerboard 16a so that the corrugating medium 16b is oriented outwards, and the corrugating medium 16b contacts with an inner surface of the propeller tube 12, so as to enhance a vibration controlling function. When winding the single faced corrugated fiberboard 16, since the single faced corrugated fiberboard 16 cannot be wound in a direction oblique to a direction of ridges of the corrugating medium 16b, there are no fears that the shape of the single faced corrugated fiberboard 16 is collapsed to taper axially, thereby it becomes possible to prevent a reduction in vibration controlling function that would otherwise be caused due to a change in the shape of the paper tube.

    摘要: To provide a process of treating particulates such as an inorganic powder or resin beads to impart water repellency, to effectively impart water repellency particularly to a porous inorganic powder or the like, without use of an organic solvent as a dispersion medium of a silicone oil.Water repellent particulates are produced by a first step of adding, to particulates, an aqueous emulsion of a silicon compound such as a silicone oil to apply surface treatment to the particulates with mixing and stirring in a dry state, and a second step of heating the treated particulates to bake the silicon compound on the surface of the particulates and to separate the aqueous medium in the emulsion. The aqueous emulsion of the silicon compound is preferably an aqueous emulsion of any one of methyl hydrogen silicone oil, dimethyl silicone oil, epoxy-modified silicone oil, amino-modified silicone oil, polyether-modified silicone oil and carboxyl-modified silicone oil.

    摘要: This invention aims at providing an inexpensive semiconductor device having a parasitic diode and lowering the hfe of a parasitic PNP transistor and a manufacture method thereof. Such semiconductor device includes a P-type silicon substrate 1 and a gate electrode 5 formed above the P-type silicon substrate 1. The P-type silicon substrate 1 includes an N-type well layer 2, an N-type buried layer 3, a P-type body layer 6, an N-type source layer 7 formed in the P-type body layer 6, and a drain contact layer 8 formed in the N-type well layer 2. The P-type body layer 6 and the N-type source layer 7 are formed by self alignment that uses the gate electrode 5 as a mask. The N-type drain contact layer 8 is formed opposite the N-type source layer 7 across the P-type body layer 6 formed below the gate electrode 5. The N-type buried layer 3 is formed below the P-type body layer 6.
