摘要： A sucker rod coupling pin comprises a hole into which the sucker rod is to be inserted, and has a plurality of annular depressions which surround the inner wall of the hole. As viewed crosswise, the annular depressions respectively have tapered surface portions arranged in series from the open end to the closed end of the coupling pin hole. The tapered surface portions whose cross sections progressively increase toward the closed end of the coupling pin hole have their respective lengths progressively shortened in relation to the preceding tapered portion, toward the closed end of the coupling pin hole, and the angle of inclination of the respective tapered surface portions progressively increases toward the closed end of the coupling pin hole.

摘要： Plural camera heads are each placed in a position capable of detection of radiation emitted from a radiation source. Compton cones obtained from the detection data output from each of the plural camera heads are projected onto three-dimensional space and an image based on the radiation source is reconstructed. In addition, projected images from projecting Compton cones obtained from the detection data output from each camera head onto two-dimensional planes are also employed for determining a three-dimensional space excluding regions where the radiation source is not present. Reconstruction of images based on the radiation source is then performed within the determined three-dimensional space.

摘要： A variable resistive element comprising a configuration that an area of an electrically contributing region of a variable resistor body is finer than that constrained by an upper electrode or a lower electrode and its manufacturing method are provided. A bump electrode material is formed on a lower electrode arranged on a base substrate. The bump electrode material is contacted to a variable resistor body at a surface different from a contact surface to the lower electrode. The variable resistor body is contacted to an upper electrode at a surface different from a contact surface to the bump electrode material. Thus, a cross point region between the bump electrode material (the variable resistor body) and the upper electrode becomes an electrically contributing region of the variable resistor body, and then an area thereof can be reduced compared with that of the region regarding the conventional variable resistive element.
