Abstract: A display device includes a substrate including a display area and a non-display area; and at least one pixel provided in the display area, and including a pixel circuit layer. The display element layer includes at least one transistor, and a display element layer including at least one light emitting element emitting light, and a first electrode and a second electrode spaced apart from each other, disposed on the substrate, and each extending in a first direction, and the at least one light emitting element is electrically connected to each of the first and the second electrodes. The first electrode has at least two widths in an extension direction of the first electrode. The second electrode has at least two widths in an extension direction of the second electrode.

Abstract: A display device comprises first and second pixels, a light-emitting layer, color conversion layers, and color filter layers, the light-emitting layer comprising first and second light-emitting elements in the first and second pixels, wherein the color conversion layers comprise first and second color conversion layers in the first and second pixels, the color filter layers comprise first and second color filter layers in the first and second pixels, the first and second light-emitting elements emit first light having a central wavelength range of a first wavelength, the first and second color conversion layers contain color conversion particles converting the first light into second light having a central wavelength range of a second wavelength longer than the first wavelength, the first color filter layer transmits the first light and blocks the second light, and the second color filter layer transmits the second light and blocks transmission of the first light.

Abstract: A light emitting element, a method of manufacturing a light emitting element, and a display device including a light emitting element are provided. A method of manufacturing a light emitting element includes: preparing a lower panel including a substrate and a first sub conductive semiconductor layer on the substrate; forming a first mask layer including at least one mask pattern on at least a part of the lower panel to be spaced apart from each other and an opening region in which the mask patterns are spaced apart from each other; laminating a first conductive semiconductor layer, an active material layer, and a second conductive semiconductor layer on the first mask layer to form an element laminate; etching the element laminate in a vertical direction to form an element rod; and removing the mask pattern to separate the element rod from the lower panel.
