    摘要: When a flow rate is equal to or more than a reference flow rate, a reference voltage is changed to a level capable of measuring stably to thereby realize the improvement of measurement accuracy at the time of a large amount of flow rate. A flow rate determination means compares a flow rate calculated by a flow rate calculation means with the reference flow rate. When the calculated flow rate is larger than the reference flow rate, the reference voltage set by a reference voltage setting means is changed, whereby the zero cross point can be detected stably at the portion where the degree of the influence of the change in the amplitude of the received signal is small. Thus, it is possible to provide a flow rate measuring device capable of measuring a flow rate stably with high accuracy even when a fluid flow is disturbed due to a large amount of flow rate.

During a turn-on time of second switching device 57, an energy is accumulated at choke coil 54, and at the same time a resonant current with a shorter period than the turn-on time of second switching device 57 or a driving time of first switching device 55 is generated at heating coil 59, so that during turn-off of second switching device 57, i.e., during on-time of first switching device 55, the energy accumulated at choke coil 54 is transferred to second smoothing capacitor 62. And then the output power is supplied from smoothing capacitor 62 to heating coil 59, thereby reducing the pot vibration noise, which is caused by pulsating current of input voltage.

    摘要: A disc brake for a bicycle or the like, which is provided with two arms opposite both surfaces of a disc rotatable with the bicycle wheel, which arms are pivotally supported to a fixed member to be freely swingable with respect thereto and shiftable toward the disc and carry pads directly attached to the arms. At least one of the arm and fixed member is formed of a recess which has a tapered face and receives a rolling member, such as a ball, into the recess. When the arms swing the rolling member rolls along the tapered face so that the arms may be shifted toward the disc and the pads be brought into contact with the disc to thereby exert the braking action.
