(i) an iron-core (10) enclosed within an enclosure (13) having an upper surface (11) and a bottom surface (12), wherein the iron-core (10) is mounted with a plurality of coil windings (16), and a plurality of air supply channels (50) are provided substantially in vertical from the upper surface (11) to the bottom surface (12) of the enclosure (13), and each of the air supply channels (50) is terminated at the bottom surface (12) with one or more orifices (32); and
(ii) a linear motor stator (20) having a stator surface (22).
The iron-core linear motor forcer (100) is frictionless moving on the motor stator (20).-

摘要: A brushless direct-current motor is provided includes an inner stator and an outer rotor. The rotor includes a rotor core disposed around the stator, an inner annular member mounted on a rotor shaft, and a plurality of radial blades extending angularly from the rotor core to the inner annular member forming a fan. A first end cap is provided including a radial back plate proximate the fan and a center opening in the radial back plate through which the rotor shaft extends. A second end cap is provided including a main body disposed adjacent the stator opposite the fan. The radial back plate of the first end cap includes at least one sloped surface forming at least one air gap such that the airflow generated by the fan is centrifugally guided within the first end cap by the sloped surface and caused to exit through the air gap.

摘要: In a method for firmly connecting a shaft to a rotor-housing part, the rotor-housing part is provided having a bearing flange and the shaft is provided having a recess, extending in the circumferential direction of the shaft, on an outer circumference of the shaft. The shaft is inserted into the bearing flange such that the recess and the bearing flange overlap one another. Material of the bearing flange is introduced into the recess. With the connection, created in this way, between the shaft and bearing flange, a high press-out force is achieved.

摘要: In a motor device, since the bearing support member mounted to the housing and supporting, from the axial direction, the another axial side of the ball bearing (outer race) includes the annular support part (annular flat surface) which supports, from the axial direction, the entire circumference of the another axial side of the ball bearing (outer race), tilting of the ball bearing with respect to the housing can be suppressed in the case where a lateral force acts on the rotating shaft. Therefore, it is possible to improve the fixing strength of the ball bearing to the housing, and thus suppress rattling of the speed reduction mechanism.

摘要: A drive includes an electric motor disposed in a housing and driving a motor shaft, a Hall effect sensor adjacent to the motor, a power and control assembly, and a pinion gear driven by the motor shaft. A planetary gear reduction assembly is driven by the pinion gear, and an output axle has an axis of rotation that is offset from and parallel to the motor shaft axis of rotation. The reduction drive is substantially bilaterally symmetrical about a plane passing through the motor shaft axis of rotation and the output axle axis of rotation. The power and control assembly comprises a control board oriented perpendicular to a power board and includes a heat dissipation apparatus that applies multi-point, localized, indirect pressure to a plurality of field effect transistors mounted on the power board.

The canned electric motor includes a static motor frame, a rotor shaft, a rotatable motor rotor which is co-rotatably connected with the rotor shaft, a static motor stator having a stator body which is directly fixed to the static motor frame, and a separating can which fluidically separates the static motor stator from the rotatable motor rotor. The separating can has a first axial support which protrudes radially from an outside of the separating can. 摘要: An electric assembly includes: a box assembly, a motor, and a transmission. Heights of the strip-shaped ribs decrease from a center portion of the mounting plate to a periphery portion of the mounting plate.
