    (i) an iron-core (10) enclosed within an enclosure (13) having an upper surface (11) and a bottom surface (12), wherein the iron-core (10) is mounted with a plurality of coil windings (16), and a plurality of air supply channels (50) are provided substantially in vertical from the upper surface (11) to the bottom surface (12) of the enclosure (13), and each of the air supply channels (50) is terminated at the bottom surface (12) with one or more orifices (32); and
    (ii) a linear motor stator (20) having a stator surface (22).




    The iron-core linear motor forcer (100) is frictionless moving on the motor stator (20).

    摘要: In a motor device, since the bearing support member mounted to the housing and supporting, from the axial direction, the another axial side of the ball bearing (outer race) includes the annular support part (annular flat surface) which supports, from the axial direction, the entire circumference of the another axial side of the ball bearing (outer race), tilting of the ball bearing with respect to the housing can be suppressed in the case where a lateral force acts on the rotating shaft. Therefore, it is possible to improve the fixing strength of the ball bearing to the housing, and thus suppress rattling of the speed reduction mechanism.

The canned electric motor includes a static motor frame, a rotor shaft, a rotatable motor rotor which is co-rotatably connected with the rotor shaft, a static motor stator having a stator body which is directly fixed to the static motor frame, and a separating can which fluidically separates the static motor stator from the rotatable motor rotor. The separating can has a first axial support which protrudes radially from an outside of the separating can. The separating can is supported in a first axial direction by the stator body via the first axial support and in a second axial direction by the static motor frame. The first axial direction is opposite to the second axial direction.

    摘要: An electric assembly includes: a box assembly, a motor, and a transmission. A mounting plate is disposed in the box assembly and divides a space within the box assembly into a motor holding cavity and a transmission holding cavity arranged along an axial direction of a motor shaft. The mounting plate has a shaft via-hole making the motor holding cavity and the transmission holding cavity be in communication. The motor is disposed in the motor holding cavity. The transmission is disposed in the transmission holding cavity. The motor is power-coupled to the transmission. At least one of a surface of the mounting plate facing the motor and a surface of the mounting plate facing the transmission is provided with ribs including strip-shaped ribs extending along a radial direction of the motor. Heights of the strip-shaped ribs decrease from a center portion of the mounting plate to a periphery portion of the mounting plate.
