    摘要: A fluid sensor comprises a sensor housing (12), a sensor package (14), an actuator (16) and a switch (18). The sensor package (14) is disposed within the sensor housing (12) and includes first and second screens and at least one sensing membrane. The sensing membrane is disposed between the first and second screens (36) and is adapted to expand when exposed to a predetermined quantity of a first predetermined fluid. The actuator (16) is disposed proximate the sensor package (14) within the sensor housing (12) and moveable between a first position and a second position through an intermediate position. The switch (18) is disposed proximate the actuator (16) and is operable between closed and open positions. When the actuator (16) is in the second position at least a portion of the actuator (16) depresses the switch (18) to control an-electrical, circuit connected therewith.

    摘要: A closed-loop controlled antenna tuning unit (ATU) system includes a return loss detector connected to sample an RF signal generated by a signal source to provide a return loss signal. A matching state searching circuit is connected to receive the return loss signal and, in response, selectively store a return loss value and an impedance matching state. A central controller is connected to provide a switch control signal and apply an optimum matching state to the impedance synthesizer at the conclusion of the matching state search. An impedance synthesizer is responsive to the switch control signal for coupling a radio frequency signal and matching the impedance of an antenna to a signal source.

    摘要: An IC of a front end circuit which can be ready for various television broadcasting systems is provided. The front end circuit includes tuning circuits 12A to 12C and 14A to 14C and high frequency amplifiers 13A to 13C individually corresponding to a plurality of reception bands of television broadcasts. The front end circuit further includes a switch circuit 11 for selectively supplying reception signals to the tuning circuits 12A to 12C, and a switch circuit 15 for selectively extracting outputs of the tuning circuits 14A to 14C. The front end circuit further includes mixer circuits 21I and 21Q to which an output of the switch circuit 15 is supplied, and a PLL 30 for supplying local oscillation signals SLOI and SLOQ having phases orthogonal to each other to the mixer circuits 21I and 21Q. The front end circuit further includes a complex band-pass filter 24 to which outputs of the mixer circuits 21I and 21Q are supplied, and an output circuit 25 for mathematically operating an output of the complex band-pass filter 24 and outputting an intermediate frequency signal SIF.

    摘要: A tuning circuit's bandwidth is maintained almost constant throughout a UHF low to high band range so as to prevent interference by a neighboring channel, particularly in receiving high band television signals, and also to improve NF in receiving low band television signals, eliminating a difference in NF between channels. To realize this, a UHF tuner comprises: a UHF tuning circuit which has a varactor diode first and second inductance elements serially interconnected and connected in parallel with the varactor diode, where the varactor diode 11a varies a tuning frequency within a prescribed frequency range in the UHF band; and impedance means which is serially inserted between an input terminal and the junction of the two inductance elements, where the impedance by the impedance means increases as a frequency increases within the prescribed frequency range in the UHF band.

    摘要: A tunable receiver is disclosed including a plurality of select filters to perform an initial band selection, a variable-gain low noise amplifier (LNA) whose gain is controlled to prevent its output power level to exceed a predetermined power threshold, a plurality of digitally-tunable tracking filters to pass signals within a selected channel and to reject signals in a corresponding image band, a second LNA to further amplify the received RF signal and to generate differential signal outputs, a down converting stage which converts the received RF signal to an IF signal while rejecting signals in the image band, an IF trap to further reject undesired signals present at the output of the down converting stage, an IF amplifier to amplify the IF signal to compensate for losses, an IF filter to provide channel select and reject undesirable signals, and a variable-gain IF amplifier to amplify the IF signal and maintain its power level within specification.
