    摘要: A hydraulic power control system includes an engine driving a variable displacement pump. The variable displacement pump is fluidly connected to a first passageway and a second passageway, and has a selectively variable displacement that is adjustable in response to a pump displacement command signal. A hydraulic motor fluidly connected to the first and second passageways operates by a flow of hydraulic fluid originating from the pump. A controller receives an engine speed signal and adjusts pump displacement based on the engine speed signal to reduce the rotation speed of the pump when an overrun condition is present.

    摘要: A metering system for metering a metering fluid includes at least one metering unit, a fluid supply component conveying the metering fluid to the metering unit, and a control module conveying a control fluid to the metering unit. The metering unit includes a first housing part, an exchangeable second housing part and a membrane which is arranged between the housing parts and divides a cavity formed between the housing parts into a pumping chamber and a metering chamber which are separated from each other in fluidic terms. Channels are formed in the first housing part which receive the control fluid and are in flow connection with the control module, and channels are formed in the second housing part which receive the metering fluid and are in flow connection with the fluid supply component.

    摘要: A method for synchronizing pistons within linear pumps of a variable dispense ratio system comprises operating first and second pistons, controlling the first and second pistons, and reversing direction of one of the first and second pistons. The first and second pistons are operated within first and second cylinders so that the first piston moves at a slower speed than the second piston to produce a variable dispense ratio. The first and second pistons are controlled to reverse directions whenever one piston reaches an end of its respective cylinder to produce pumping. One of the first and second pistons reverses direction before either piston reaches an end of its respective cylinder to adjust the synchronicity of the pistons.

The low pressure valve 9 is provided with adjustable means 10 or Fcontrol providing an opening force thereon and further providing a closing force, which periodically increases during the pumping stroke and decreases during the suction stroke of said piston 4 reciprocating within the displacement body 3 and further comprises means to supply fluid from the low pressure side 5 to said fixed volume chamber 3 of the displacement body 3 while the pressure in the displacement chamber 3 is less than that of the low pressure side 5.

    摘要: The pump is provided with a plurality of pumping chambers and electrically activatable valves. An elastic membrane is arranged in each pumping chamber and divides the same into a first and a second chamber section. Each valve is connected to the second chamber section of a pumping chamber. When a pressure drop is applied over the valve and the valve is activated (i.e. opened), the pressure in the second chamber section changes, which causes the membrane to move, which in turn leads to a change of the volumes of both chamber sections. This e.g. allows to pump well-defined amounts of fluid from the chamber sections to a drug dispensing device.
