    摘要: The display device with an ultraviolet (UV) germicidal lamp includes a display device, an UV germicidal lamp, a power electrically connected to the UV germicidal lamp, a control circuit electrically connected to the UV germicidal lamp, and a fixture member detachably fixing the UV germicidal lamp to a circumferential rim of the display device. The fixture member includes a base, a first clamp piece, and a second clamp piece. The base is joined to the UV germicidal lamp. The first and second clamp pieces are mounted at interval on the base, forming a clamp interval in between. An elastic element is provided between the second clamp piece and the base for forcing the second clamp piece towards the first clamp piece. Therefore, by adjusting the clamp interval, the UV germicidal lamp may be reliably clamped to the display device.

    摘要: Apparatuses, methods, systems, and techniques for providing special effects wirelessly using a device plugged into a standard electrical outlet are provided. Example embodiments provide an apparatus and associated software applications for remote and live control of special effects (hereinafter a “Remote Special Effects System,” or “RSES”) using special effect (SE) devices such as individually addressable LEDs, LED strips, fog and smoke machines, and the like. The example RSES described herein comprises one or more SE controller devices that each plug into a standard electrical outlet and are each connected to one or more SE devices. Each SE controller is wirelessly connected to the Internet (or other wide area network) so that it can respond to DMX (or other protocol) commands sent by a remote application by issuing corresponding commands specific to the connected SE device to cause synchronized special effects to occur to an ad-hoc created zone of SE controllers.

    摘要: An antenna for a smart sensor device includes a generally circular, substantially rigid substrate and a radiative antenna element integrated with the substrate. According to one embodiment, the antenna element is a primary cellular antenna arranged to pass signals at frequencies between 600 MHz and 3 GHz. According to another embodiment, a second radiative antenna element may be integrated with the substrate. In such a case, the second antenna element may be arranged to receive location-based signals from satellites or operate as a cellular diversity antenna arranged to receive cellular signals present in proximity to the antenna. The substrate may include at least one interruption (e.g., aperture or lens) arranged to permit light to reach an area inside the sensor device that would otherwise be shielded by the substrate. In such a case, the radiative antenna element(s) may be integrated with the substrate so as to avoid the interruption.

    摘要: An event indicating light assembly and method for communicating a software application with a pair of lights includes a software application being programmed on an electronic device including a mobile device and a personal computer. The software application is connected with a variety of software calendars to track a plurality of events of a user. A pair of light fixtures is in wireless communication with the electronic device. Each of the light fixtures has a plurality of light emitting diodes being a variety of colors. A microprocessor is positioned within each of the light fixtures and is connected with the plurality of light emitting diodes of each light fixture. A battery is positioned within each of the light fixtures and is in electric communication with the microprocessor and with a charging port. A mounting pad of each of the light fixtures retains the light fixture to a wall.
