Abstract: A vehicle structure includes an instrument panel, an in-vehicle device projecting toward a vehicle-upper side with respect to an upper surface of the instrument panel, and a cover panel that covers the in-vehicle device to expose a front surface of the in-vehicle device to a vehicle cabin. The cover panel includes an upper panel portion facing at least an upper part of a back surface of the in-vehicle device, and a lower panel portion facing at least a lower part of the back surface of the in-vehicle device and connected to the upper panel portion. The in-vehicle device includes a terminal provided on the back surface and configured such that a connector of a harness is connectable to the terminal, and a regulation member configured to regulate a position of the harness to a vehicle-lower side with respect to the terminal when the connector is connected to the terminal.

Abstract: A vehicle control system includes a target driving force calculator that calculates a target driving force of a vehicle, an arithmetic operator that calculates a request driving force and a request braking force, and a stop keeping processor that keeps the vehicle in a stopped state by increasing a brake fluid pressure so that a braking force becomes equal to or larger than a stop keeping braking force. The arithmetic operator executes a pressure pre-increasing process for pre-increasing the brake fluid pressure before a stop timing and setting, as the request driving force, a cancellation driving force for canceling a braking force for pressure pre-increase, and controls, in the pressure pre-increasing process, the request braking force so that the braking force for the pressure pre-increase is increased within a range in which the braking force does not exceed a braking force threshold smaller than the stop keeping braking force.

Abstract: A traveling control apparatus performs a traveling control allowing for merging on a first vehicle traveling on a first lane or a second vehicle traveling on a second lane by wireless communication in a merging section. The traveling control apparatus includes a communication reliability determination unit and a processor. The communication reliability determination unit determines respective communication reliabilities related to the first and the second vehicles. The processor performs the traveling control on the second vehicle when both the respective communication reliabilities related to the first and the second vehicles are higher than or equal to a predetermined reliability. The processor performs the traveling control on the first vehicle when the communication reliability related to the first vehicle is higher than or equal to the predetermined reliability and the communication reliability related to the second vehicle is lower than the predetermined reliability.

Abstract: When the operation amount of an accelerator exceeds a predetermined value at a time of climbing over a bump with either one of right and left front wheels, a HEV-CU increases the regenerative torque of a first motor generator, reduces the output torque of a second motor generator, and increases the engagement force of a LSD clutch of a center differential unit so as to reduce the input torque of a front LSD. When the operation amount of the accelerator exceeds the predetermined value at a time of climbing over a bump with either one of left and right rear wheels, the HEV-CU increases the regenerative torque of the first motor generator, reduces the output torque of the second motor generator, and reduces the engagement force of the LSD clutch so as to reduce the input torque of the rear LSD.

Abstract: A mobility information provision system includes a collector, a mapping unit, an overall generator, and a specific generator. The collector collects information about movement of a plurality of mobile bodies. Abstract: A battery-cell coupling structure includes battery cells and an electrode coupling plate. Abstract: An image processing apparatus includes a distance histogram generator, a computation processor, an extractor, and a movement amount calculator. The distance histogram generator generates, for each horizontal angle of view of an imaging unit mounted on a vehicle, a distance histogram based on distance data of a distance image captured by the imaging unit. The distance image has a pixel value corresponding to a distance to a crossing object in captured images of the front of a vehicle. The computation processor computes edge histogram data for each distance histogram. The extractor extracts, from the edge histogram data computed in the past, any edge histogram data matching with the edge histogram data computed latest. The movement amount calculator calculates a movement amount of the object in a vehicle width direction, based on a difference between the extracted edge histogram data computed in the past and the edge histogram data computed latest.
