    摘要: A reconfigurable processor in which an application can be switched more freely. A switching condition associating section associates output from a plurality of arithmetic and logic unit modules used as switching conditions for switching the operation of an arithmetic and logic unit group with a plurality of states indicative of switching condition codes. When a switching condition code output section decides that a switching condition comes into existence on the basis of the output from the plurality of arithmetic and logic unit modules set as the switching conditions, the switching condition code output section outputs a switching condition code corresponding to the switching condition which comes into existence. When a sequencer accepts the switching condition code, the sequencer switches the arithmetic and logic unit group to a state corresponding to the switching condition code.

    摘要: There is disclosed a phase-locked loop (PLL) circuit for use in an improved deflection correction circuit for a larger and flat display device. The PLL circuit has a phase comparator circuit, a filter, and a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) connected in series in this order. The output signal from the VCO is fed back to the phase comparator circuit. The PLL circuit further includes a period-detecting circuit for detecting the period of an externally applied signal and a frequency divider circuit. This frequency divider circuit divides the frequency of the output signal from the VCO according to the period detected by the period-detecting circuit and feeds the resulting signal back to the VCO.

Specifically, the transmission power is slowly or gradually increased or kept constant when the reception level of the pilot signal sent from the second group base station exceeds that of the pilot signal sent from the first group base station.

The pass band of the averaging filter is broaden with the prediction that the faster the pilot signal reception levels fluctuate and the smaller the cell radius is, the faster the propagation loss fluctuates.

    摘要: A peeling jig is provided for peeling a bonded wafer having voids formed in bonding surfaces so as to rebond, which does not injure the bonding surfaces or cause the adherence of particles thereto. The peeling jig includes a wedge portion 1a for inserting into the bonding surfaces, and a flat portion provided at the both sides of the base of the wedge portion. The apex angle of the wedge portion, when the chamfered angles at the bonding sides of the supporting substrate and active wafer of the bonded wafer to be separated are respectively .alpha. and .beta., is .theta. and .theta.>.alpha.+.beta.. When the wedge portion is inserted into the bonding surfaces, the right and left inclined surfaces of the wedge portion are in contact with the peripheries of the chamfered portions, and then chamfered portions are flared. Accordingly, the bonded wafer is separated by the wedge portion into the supporting substrate and the active wafer without being contacted with the bonding surfaces until the flat portions are in contact with the periphery of the bonded wafer.

    摘要: A capacitor component having a discharge function, a mounter machine head fit for surface-mounting of a capacitor component, and a discharge method for a capacitor component. The capacitor component having the discharge function comprises a component body incorporating a pair of electrodes for generating a capacitance therebetween, a pair of terminals electrically connected to the pair of electrodes, respectively, and a short-circuiting member provided so as to electrically connect the pair of terminals together and having a portion to be molten to cut by heating. This capacitor component is always discharged by the short-circuiting member prior to mounting of the capacitor component. The short-circuited condition of the capacitor component is canceled by soldering in the mounting, thus creating a capacitor function.
