    摘要: A foamable silicone rubber composition, comprising:(A) a polyorganosilphenylenesiloxane copolymer represented by Formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are each a particular monohydrocarbon group, and a and h are each an integer of 1 or more and have the relation of 1.gtoreq.a/b.gtoreq.0.05 and a+b.gtoreq.100,(B) an organosilicon compound containing a particular organosiloxy unit having a hydroxyl group,(C) a polyorganohydrogenosiloxane having at least two particular units having an Si--H bond, and(D) a platinum family metal catalyst.This composition can provide a foam with good mechanical strength.

    摘要: A silicone rubber composition composed of a high-molecular diorganopolysiloxane, a reinforcing silica filler and an organic peroxide as a curing agent is further compounded with a fluorine-containing low-polymeric compound such as poly(chlorotrifluoroethylene) and perfluorinated polyether compound of the formula F--[--CF(CF.sub.3)--CF.sub.2 --O--].sub.v --O--CF.sub.2 --CF.sub.3, in which v is 2 to 100, as well as fluoroalkyl-substituted organopolysiloxanes. The silicone rubber composition can give a cured silicone rubber product having greatly improved resistance against dynamic fatigue as in repeated cycles of stretching and relaxation.

    摘要: The silicone rubber composition of the invention comprises, as the peroxide curing agent, a neopentane diol derivative represented by the general formulaR.sup.1 --O--O--CO--O--CH.sub.2 --C(CH.sub.3).sub.2 --CH.sub.2 --O--CO--O--O--R.sup.2,in which R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are each, independently from the other, a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 3 to 10 carbon atoms or a silyl group of the general formula --SiR.sup.3.sub.3, R.sup.3 being a methyl, ethyl or phenyl group, such as trimethyl silyl, in admixture with a diorganopolysiloxane and a reinforcing silica filler. By virtue of this unique formulation, the silicone rubber composition is suitable for hot-air vulcanization without compression as in the vulcanization process by extrusion molding followed by heating in a hot-air oven.

    摘要: The inventive copolymer composition is satisfactorily curable or vulcanizable into, for example, a rubbery elastomer even by an organic peroxide contained therein as a crosslinking agent. The crosslinkable copolymer comprised therein is a polymer having, in a molecule, at least two monomeric units each having a vinyl-containing organosilicon pendant group represented by the general formula (Vi.sub.m R.sup.1.sub.n SiO).sub.a Vi.sub.b R.sup.2.sub.c Si--, in which Vi is a vinyl group, R.sup.1 is a hydrogen atom or a group selected from the class consisting of monovalent hydrocarbon groups free from aliphatic unsaturation, hydroxy group and hydrolyzable groups excepting halogen atoms, R.sup.2 is a hydrogen atom or a monovalent hydrocarbon group, m is 1, 2 or 3, n is zero, 1 or 2, a is 1, 2 or 3, b is zero, 1 or 2 and c is zero, 1 or 2 with the proviso that a+b=1, 2 or 3 and a+b+c=3. Such a copolymer can be prepared by the copolymerization of a first ordinary ethylenically unsaturated monomer and a second monomer having, simultaneously in a molecule, an ethylenically unsaturated linkage copolymerizable with the first monomer and the vinyl-containing organosilicon group of the above given formula.
