    摘要: A cowling assembly for an outboard motor includes a top cowling and a bottom cowling for covering an internal combustion engine. The top cowling is formed by pressing a nonferrous material, and has a curved part formed around an opening edge thereof by pressing the opening edge inward into a curled or a hemming shape. A hook mounting member for supporting a hook that attached the top cowling to the bottom cowling is secured to the inside of the top cowling and is engaged with the curved part formed around the opening edge.

    摘要: The present invention provides a semiconductor device having a stacked structure which realizes the miniaturization of a contour size and the reduction of thickness. The present invention also provides a semiconductor device which realizes high performance and high reliability in addition to the miniaturization of the contour size. The semiconductor device uses a package substrate on which bonding leads which are formed respectively corresponding to bonding pads for address and data which are distributed to opposing first and second sides of a memory chip and address terminals and data terminals which are connected to the bonding leads are formed. The semiconductor device further includes an address output circuit and a data input/output circuit which are also served for memory access and a signal processing circuit having a data processing function. A semiconductor chip in which bonding pads which are connected to the bonding leads corresponding to the address terminals of the package substrate and bonding pads which are connected to the bonding leads corresponding to the data terminals of the package substrate are distributed to two sides out of four sides and the above-mentioned memory chip are mounted on the package substrate in a stacked structure.

    摘要: A radiation-sensitive resin composition comprising: (A) a resin comprising a hydroxyl group or carboxyl group, of which the hydrogen atom has been replaced by an acid-dissociable group possessing an alkali dissolution controlling capability, the resin increasing the solubility in an alkaline aqueous solution when the acid-dissociable group dissociates, and a photoacid generator comprising (B-1) a sulfonium salt represented by 1-(3,5-dimethyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)tetrahydrothiophenium perfluoro-n-octanesulfonate and 1-(4-n-butoxy-1-naphthyl)tetrahydrothiophenium nonafluoro-n-butanesulfonate and (B-2) a sulfonium salt represented by triphenylsulfonium nonafluoro-n-butanesulfonate. The radiation-sensitive resin composition useful as a novel chemically amplified resist exhibiting excellent sensitivity and resolution to deep ultraviolet rays typified by an ArF excimer laser, superior pattern shape-forming capability, and the like.

    摘要: An IEEE 1394-compliant communication bus connects a printer and host computer so as to allow communication. The configuration ROM of the printer stores information about devices mountable on the apparatus. The host computer accesses the configuration ROM via the communication bus to acquire information in a Feature Directory. The Feature Directory stores information about optional devices connectable to the printer. Information about the printer is displayed based upon information acquired from the Feature Directory. This allows the user to easily grasp information about devices mountable on the apparatus.
