摘要: A brake apparatus includes: a displacement member which is displaced with respect to a disk rotor; a friction member which presses the disk rotor by being pressed by the displacement member thus displaced so as to generate braking force; a hydraulic braking apparatus which displaces the displacement member using hydraulic pressure; an electric-powered braking apparatus which displaces the displacement member using a force that differs from the hydraulic pressure; and a brake ECU which controls the hydraulic braking apparatus based on information acquired from a detection unit which detects information having a correlation with the hydraulic pressure applied to the displacement member. When the electric-powered braking apparatus operates in a state in which braking is being performed by the hydraulic braking apparatus, the brake ECU controls the hydraulic braking apparatus or otherwise the electric-powered braking apparatus so as to suppress hydraulic pressure fluctuation.

摘要: In a brake control system, a power supply portion supplies a voltage to a plurality of actuators. When a first actuator is supplied with a voltage equal to or higher than a first minimum operating voltage from the power supply portion, the first actuator operates to perform a first function. When a second actuator is supplied with a voltage equal to or higher than a second minimum operating voltage from the power supply portion, the second actuator performs a second function. The first minimum operating voltage and the second minimum operating voltage are set to be different from each other by a predetermined value so that the first actuator and the second actuator stop operating in a predetermined sequence with a decrease in the supplied voltage.

摘要: In a vehicle brake control device for generating rear wheel braking torque by an electric motor, “slip suppression control of the rear wheel” for reducing rear wheel braking torque by controlling the electric motor is executed based on a slip state quantity of the rear wheel. Further, “sudden-stop control” for rapidly stopping electric motor rotation motion is executed based on a slip state quantity of a front wheel. The sudden-stop control is executed when rear wheel slip suppression control is not being executed. As the sudden-stop control, “control for changing an energization amount of the electric motor stepwise to an energization limit value set in advance corresponding to a deceleration direction of the electric motor” may be executed. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress excessive rear wheel slip due to inertia influences or the like of the electric motor when execution of the rear wheel slip suppression control is started.

摘要: An electric power steering control apparatus can reduce steering torque even in a steering holding state or a slight steering state without providing an unpleasant feeling to a driver. The apparatus includes a torque sensor for detecting steering torque generated by the driver for a vehicle, a motor for generating assist torque to assist the steering torque, a rotational speed detector for detecting the rotational speed of the motor, a torque controller for calculating an assist torque current corresponding to the assist torque based on the steering torque, and a damping control section for calculating a damping current to be added to the assist torque current to suppress vibrations generated in a steering system of the vehicle. The damping controller reduces a damping control gain to calculate the damping current when the rotational speed of the motor is equal to or less than a predetermined speed.

The thermoplastic resin foam according to the present invention is obtained from a thermoplastic resin composition containing a thermoplastic elastomer, an active energy-ray curable compound and a radical trapping agent. The thermoplastic resin foam according to the present invention is also obtained from a thermoplastic resin composition containing a thermoplastic elastomer, an active energy-ray curable compound, a thermal crosslinking agent and a radical trapping agent.

摘要: A brake system including: (i) hydraulic brakes provided for respective wheels of a vehicle, and configured to be activated by hydraulic pressures of respective brake cylinders so as to restrain rotations of the respective wheels; (ii) a power hydraulic pressure source including a drive source that is activatable by supply of electric energy, and configured to generate hydraulic pressure by activation of the drive source; and (iii) a common passage to which the power hydraulic pressure source and the brake cylinders of the hydraulic brakes are connected. The brake cylinders include a first brake cylinder connected to the common passage via a first individual passage that is provided with a normally-close electromagnetic valve as a first individual control valve. The brake cylinders include a second brake cylinder connected to the common passage via a second individual passage that is provided with a normally-open electromagnetic valve as a second individual control valve.

摘要: A brake control apparatus for controlling brakes of a vehicle having wheels, the apparatus including a stopped-state detecting portion which detects, based on a speed of at least one of the wheels detected by at least one wheel-speed sensor, a stopped state of the vehicle; an operation-force limiting portion which limits, based on a detection of the stopped state of the vehicle by the stopped-state detecting portion, an operation force of at least one of the brakes, such that an upper limit of the operation force is an intermediate level of an operation-force range used when the stopped state is not detected; a sensor ignoring portion which ignores, when an electric voltage supplied from a power source to the at least one wheel-speed sensor is not higher than a reference value, the at least one wheel-speed sensor; a limitation canceling portion which cancels, when the sensor ignoring portion ignores the at least one wheel-speed sensor, a limitation of the operation force by the operation-force limiting portion; and a rapid-change restraining portion which restrains a rapid change of the operation force caused by a cancellation of the limitation of the operation force by the limitation canceling portion.

A brake supplies operating fluid to pipelines by operating the first motor, and controls opening/closing of a fluid pressure regulating valve so as to make the wheel cylinder pressure in the right front wheel approach the right front wheel target pressure, and controls opening closing of a fluid pressure regulating valve so as to make the wheel cylinder pressure in the left rear wheel approach the left rear wheel target pressure. In the case where the right front wheel target pressure is zero when the fluid pressure regulating valve is to be opened so as to make the wheel cylinder pressure in the left rear wheel approach the left rear wheel target pressure, the brake turns off the first motor.
