    摘要： A high efficiency multiring solar cell (MRSC) system, including a number of single-junction solar cells and utilizing a novel multiring architecture is disclosed. Sunlight from the solar concentrator illuminates a double cone prism to create spatially separated spectral bands. Projection of the spectral bands on working surfaces of solar cells creates a sequence of spatially separated spectral rings, where rings corresponding to the spectral bands with longer wavelengths are enclosed by the rings corresponding to shorter wavelengths. The number of solar cells and their shape corresponds to the number and the shape of the respective spectral rings. Each solar cell is optimized for efficiently converting the sunlight from the corresponding spectral band. A corresponding method of forming solar cells and converting sunlight into electricity are also provided.

    摘要： Method and apparatus for reporting feedback information for multi-carrier operation are disclosed. For more effective support for the asymmetric traffic loads in the downlink, a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) is configured with multiple carriers with an unpaired downlink carrier(s). The unpaired downlink carrier is an active downlink carrier that does not have a corresponding active uplink carrier. The WTRU reports feedback information for multi-carrier operation including feedback for the unpaired downlink carrier. For transmission of the feedback information for the unpaired downlink carrier, a feedback channel may be allocated on a distinct non-overlapping resource region on the uplink carrier so that the network may determine which downlink carrier the received feedback information is for based on the resource region. Alternatively, a different feedback channel may be allocated for the unpaired downlink carrier. Alternatively, the feedback information may be transmitted via medium access control (MAC) encoded feedback.

The method includes: receiving a notification message delivered by a server, where the notification message carries information about update of an interactive media document; and obtaining an updated interactive media document according to the information about update of the interactive media document. A terminal and a server that apply the method are disclosed. The present disclosure avoids the extra operations and storage consumption brought by the practice of changing the direction of the interactivityMediaDocumentPointer for updating the interactive component. Therefore, when a part of the interactive media documents in the interactive component changes on the server, the terminal updates the changed interactive media documents conveniently in time, the update efficiency is improved, and the update time and resources are saved.

    摘要： Described is a technology in which a set of objects represent educational entities of an educational model, with relationships between objects. For example, a course object instance may have a relationship with a task instance and a user instance (such as representing a student). Other objects may include user credentials objects, group objects, degree program objects, course plan objects, institution objects, school objects, and/or department objects. The set of objects may be pre-defined and maintained in a persistent storage; this pre-defined set may be extended with an extended object that has relationships with pre-defined objects. The educational entities of an object model may be maintained in rows of a table, with each row having a field that identifies which entity is represented by that row. The table is accessed to determine relationships between an instantiated object for an entity and at least one other instantiated object for another entity.
