    摘要: In a method for producing a micro vacuum tube, a dent and an etching stopper layer are formed on one surface of a mold substrate. An emitter layer is deposited on the etching stopper layer and the mold substrate is removed so that the emitter layer has a protuberance covered with the etching stopper layer. Further, a gate electrode layer is formed on the etching stopper layer and the gate electrode layer and the etching stopper layer covering a tip of the protuberance is removed. An interposed insulator layer is formed on the gate electrode layer and the tip of the protuberance and an anode electrode layer is formed on the interposed insulator layer. The interposed insulator layer between the tip of the protuberance and the anode electrode layer is removed so that a space is formed between the tip and the anode electrode layer.

    摘要: A lock device for locking a detachable roof to a car body, which a housing mounted to the detachable roof, the housing defining a certain clearance through which the interior of the housing is exposed to the outside of the housing; a handle lever including a base portion pivotally arranged in the housing and a grip portion projected into the outside of the housing, the base portion being formed with a curved guide slot which has at least a locking part; a lock member linked to the handle lever in such a manner that, when the handle lever is pivoted to a lock position, the lock member becomes operative and, when the handle lever is pivoted to an unlock position, the lock member becomes inoperative; a guide pin movably received in the housing and slidably engaged with the curved guide slot of the handle lever, the guide pin suppressing the handle lever from pivoting from the lock position toward the unlock position when received in the locking part of the guide slot; a slide member incorporated with the guide pin, the slide member being movable in a given direction to disengage the guide pin from the locking part; a lockable stopper which can assume a locking position to suppress the movement of the slide member in the given direction; and a wall member raised from the slide member in a manner to conceal the guide pin from the certain clearance.

    摘要: An electrostriction actuator comprises upper and lower electrostriction boards, having electrodes individually on either side thereof, and a conductive shim interposed between the inside electrodes. The actuator has a fixed end at one end thereof and a free end for bending movement at the other end. An amplifier for supplying driving voltage to the actuator is an inverted amplifier, whose output terminal is connected to the shim, so that an output voltage is supplied to the inside electrodes. The outside electrode of the upper electrostriction board is connected to a power source (not shown) for supplying constant voltage to the amplifier, and the outside electrode of the lower electrostriction board is connected to a power source (not shown) for supplying constant voltage to the amplifier.
