    摘要: A light module with a distinguishable characteristic and a detachable feature is adapted to an LED lamp. The light module includes an installing seat disposed on a seat body of the LED lamp, and an embedding seat designed in accordance with the installing seat. At least one mark area with a plurality of slots defined on the installing seat is able to combine with at least one buckling area with protrudent members on the embedding seat. By means of the cooperation of the mark area and the buckling area, users are able to judge the wattage of the light module, thereby preventing incompatibility between the LED member and light module due to different powers. Accordingly, a quick check on the polarity of the LED member before installation is brought about for increasing the using convenience.

    摘要: The present invention provides an LED illumination device including a base, at least one flexible circuit board and a plurality of LEDs. The at least one flexible circuit board is used for covering the base. The LEDs are mounted on the flexible circuit board. The present invention utilizes a flexible circuit board that can conform to the base having a 360 degree curved surface and a 3D solid structure to efficiently change the viewing angle of the LEDs so as to provide 360 degree viewing angle. Furthermore, a single flexible circuit board can be utilized to cover the base to provide a 360 degree viewing angle. Therefore, the LED illumination device of the present invention can reduce manufacturing cost and simplify the manufacturing process.

The replaceable illumination module includes one or more solid state lighting elements on a printed circuit board electrically and thermally connected to the base module. The base module may include a heat sink, where the heat sink is in thermal contact with the replaceable illumination module, and dissipates heat generated by the one or more solid state lighting elements during operation of the lighting system. The replaceable illumination module may also include one or more beam conditioning elements for generating a specified beam. The lighting system may be connected to an automated control network and may be automatically controlled thereby, or may be used to control some other system. The heat sink may be generated via a dynamically controllable extrusion die.

The light sources mounted in the electrically conductive receptacles are light emitting diodes and are encapsulated in transparent medium. An array of electrically conductive receptacles is formed from sheet metal by stamping and cutting.
