Abstract: Techniques for enabling secure access to data using data blocks is described. Computing device(s) can provide instruction(s) to a component associated with an entity, wherein the instruction(s) are associated with an identifier corresponding to a data block of a plurality of data blocks. The computing device(s) can receive, from the component, data associated with the component, wherein the data is associated with the identifier and is indicative of a state of the component. The computing device(s) can store the data in the data block and monitor, using rule(s), changes to the state of the component based at least partly on the data in the data block. As a result, techniques described herein enable near real-time—and in some examples, automatic—reporting and/or remediation for correcting changes to the state of the component using data that is securely accessed by use of data blocks.

Abstract: Embodiments provide for a primary storage array having multiple storage tiers. The multiple storage tiers include one or more performance tiers and at least one deduplicated storage tier storing deduplicated data. One embodiment provides for a data storage system including the storage array and an I/O engine to manage I/O requests for the storage array. The data storage system additionally includes a virtual execution environment to execute a virtual backup engine, the virtual backup engine to generate backup data for the one or more storage tiers of primary storage and deduplicate the backup data and a resource manager to manage a resource allocation to the virtual backup engine based on a hint received from the virtual backup engine, the hint associated with a backup operation that has a characterization selected from a set including computationally intensive and I/O intensive.

Abstract: A system and method in various embodiments implements a virtual spectrum band stacking technique facilitating spectrum sharing by converting and combining spectrum bands consisting of several different RF channels, common air interfaces, and radio channel protocols in the radio frequency channel domain to form IP Virtual Radio Channels (IP-VRCs) in the packet data domain. This virtual spectrum stacking technique combines the transmissions of contiguous and non-contiguous RF channels with differing physical layers into IP-VRCs. This technique enables simultaneous parallel high-speed wireless transmission; virtual radio channel hopping for enhanced security; and customized security schemes for different IP-VRC Groups. The deployment of the combination of IP-VRC Groups; Universal “Small Cell” Base Stations; and Universal Wireless End-Point Devices allows the aggregation of all available spectrum bands for use within a building environment. Some benefits of this deployment include expansion of spectrum utilization, service quality, security, applications and transmission throughput for wireless end-point devices.

Abstract: A method, computer system, and computer program product are provided for peer risk benchmarking. Customer data for a first network is obtained, wherein the customer data comprises a role of one or more network devices in the first network and a plurality of risk reports corresponding to the one or more network devices, and wherein each risk report is associated with a particular dimension of a plurality of dimensions of risk for the one or more network devices. A network profile image is generated by processing the plurality of risk reports. A generative adversarial network generates a synthetic network profile image from the network profile image, wherein the synthetic network profile image does not include the customer data. A second network is evaluated using the synthetic network profile image to identify differences between the first network and the second network.

Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure relate to QoE measurement collection in non-connected State. In an example method, a terminal device receives, from an access network device, a quality of experience (QoE) measurement collection (QMC) procedure configuration indicating whether a QMC procedure is to be continued when the terminal device enters into a non-connected state. Then, the terminal device logs, in a logging buffer, QMC logging data of the QMC procedure performed at the terminal device in the non-connected state based on determining that the QMC procedure configuration indicates that the QMC procedure is to be continued when the terminal device enters into the non-connected state. In this way, QMC data collected in a non-connected state can be stored in the logging buffer so that the needed QMC data collected during non-connected state can be maintained.
