    摘要: It is an object to provide a film having both high transparency and high heat resistance, and particularly a coating solution for forming a coating film from which an optical film can be produced. A triaroylbenzene-skeleton polymer in which a terminal of a polymer produced by polymerizing a compound of Formula [1] below is modified by a compound of Formula [2] below. A coating solution for forming a coating film, comprising the polymer. A film obtained from the coating solution for forming a coating film. In the formulae below, X1 is a divalent group of Formula [1a], Formula [1b], or Formula [1c] below (where Y1 and Y2 are independently a C1-2 alkylene group; n is an integer of 1 to 6; and m is an integer of 1 to 6), X2 is divalent benzene, thiophene, furan, or fluorine, and X3 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, CF3, a C1-6 alkoxy group, or a C1-6 alkyl group.

    摘要: The present invention provides a new metal-free cyclotrimerization reaction of alkynes to produce a 1,3,5-triacylarylene or 1,3,5-triacylbenzene. This reaction is catalyzed by secondary amines, is strictly regioselective, highly functionality-tolerant, and the resulting product can be obtained in high yields. This reaction can be further applied for the preparation of novel branched (co)polymers bearing the triacylarylenes as structural units. The preparation of the (co)polymers is carried out as a one-pot single-step reaction procedure, giving branched oligomers and polymers in high yields up to 90%. The produced (co)polymers are also processible, easily film-forming, and thermally stable.

    摘要: The present invention provides a curable resin compound which is soluble in organic solvents and easy to use, and a method for producing the same. The curable resin compound comprises a structure and crosslinkable groups which end-cap the structure, the structure comprising three or four non-substituted benzene rings each of which is joined with each adjacent benzene ring by an ether or ketone linkage so that both types of linkages are present in the structure. Though the curable resin compound exhibits satisfactory solubilities in organic solvents, a composition comprising the compound can be cured by a crosslinking reaction to be insoluble in the organic solvents while being provided with improved solvent resistance and chemical resistance. Accordingly, the present invention also provides a cured-resin material derived from the aforementioned curable resin compound, the cured-resin material being excellent in solvent resistance, chemical resistance and thermal resistance.

    摘要: A control system is established wherein, when there is a flow of continuous web material (2), an identification phase is provided by increasing the torque signal to a pull roll motor (13) until slippage between the pull roll (12) and continuous web is created at a breakaway torque point, the value of which is measurable. The pull roll motor is then caused to be driven by a signal which creates a motor torque output which is of a value less than the breakaway torque point. Thus, no slippage can occur. As the motor is driven at the lower torque value, a calibration phase is entered wherein an encoder output of the pull roll is properly equated with that of a measuring wheel (9), this phase occuring at a time when there can be no slip between the web-roll interface. The identification-calibration process can be repeated as often as desired. The control system further includes the ability to cause acceleration of the pull roll after the web has been severed upstream to thereby accelerate the tail or downstream portion of the severed discontinuous web until a desired gap is created for use in a slitting device (6). At this point, which is subsequent to the identification-calibration phases, the control returns the motor input to the lower torque value.
