Abstract: Hardware and software methodology are described for cardiac health measurement. Hemodynamic waveforms variously acquired for a subject are analyzed to calculate or approximate intrinsic frequencies in two domains in two domains across the Dicrotic Notch. The intrinsic frequencies provide metrics/measures that correlate to the cardiac health of the subject. The systems may be used for monitoring a condition and/or is diagnosis. Exemplary uses include identifying (diagnosing) the presence of arrhythmia, heat failure, atrial fibrillation, aneurysms, vessel stenosis or aortic valve dysfunction and the necessity for valve replacement and/or monitoring congestive heart failure progression, together with identifying the acute need for hospitalization in connection with daily testing for any such condition.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for a non-invasive high resolution pressure pulse waveform measurement system. The system may include a blood pressure cuff, an air pump to inflate the blood pressure cuff to specific pressure levels, high resolution pressure sensors configured to perform high sensitivity signal acquisition at a specified pressure level, high range pressure sensors configured to measure an absolute reference for the signal and to calibrate the signal, pneumatic tubing connecting the air pump and sensors with the cuff, and a hydrodynamic filter configured as an input to a reference port of the high resolution pressure sensor. The hydrodynamic filter may be configured to transmit only mean pressure by attenuating a selected frequency range of the signal.

Abstract: Systems and methods for targeting specific cell types by selective application of ultrasonic harmonic excitation at their resonance frequency (“oncotripsy”) are presented. The systems and methods result in the permeabilization, lysis, and/or death of targeted cell types by using ultrasonic harmonic excitations that have their frequency and pulse duration specifically tuned to disrupt the nuclear membrane of the targeted cells types by inducing a destructive vibrational response therein while leaving non-targeted cell types intact. Target cells may be neoplastic.
