摘要： A rotation force transmitter and a rotation force transmission mechanism are provided, which are light-weight and suppresses vibrations in the perimeter and radial directions. A junction flywheel, which is a rotation force transmitter, includes a pulley portion, a hub portion and elastic structures. An inside perimeter of the pulley portion and an outside perimeter of the hub portion are connected by the plurality of elastic structures absorbing vibrations in the perimeter direction and in the radial direction. The elastic structure has an annular member, and the annular member absorbs vibrations and torque fluctuations in the perimeter direction and in the radial direction transmitted from a rotation driving source such as a motor. Therefore, vibrations and torque fluctuations are prevented from being transmitted to a driven flywheel which is a rotated member provided with a rotation force by the motor.

摘要： An AlN layer having a surface of a texture structure is formed on a sapphire substrate. Then, a growth suppressing material layer is formed on the AlN layer so that the AlN layer is partially exposed to the outside. Then, group III nitride compound semiconductor layers are grown on the AlN layer and on the growth suppressing material layer by execution of an epitaxial lateral overgrowth method. Thus, a group III nitride compound semiconductor device is produced. An undercoat layer having convex portions each shaped like a truncated hexagonal pyramid is formed on a substrate. Group III nitride compound semiconductor layers having a device function are laminated successively on the undercoat layer.

摘要： Slidable-contact portions 10, 24 of a fixing tool 1 are engaged with the concave grooves 11 of a corrugated tube 2 which is circular in section so that the corrugated tube is supported rotatably in its circumferential direction by the fixing tool 1. Where the corrugate tube is oval in section, it is fixed inside a rotating member 33 with a circular outer periphery, and the rotating member is held rotatably in its circumferential direction inside a body of the fixing tool 1. The rotating member may be moved along a cam groove, or may hold the corrugated tube in a state decentered in an oblique direction. The fixing tool 1 is composed of a receiving part 3 and covering part 2 which have slidable-contact supporting portions 10, 24 to be engaged with the concave grooves 11 of the corrugated tube 2. The receiving part 3 and the covering part 4 may be provided with curved walls which serve to rectify the corrugated tube in its curved state, thereby preventing the corrugated tube and internal electric wires from being buckled. In this configuration, when a wire harness with a corrugated tube is flexed along a vehicle body, its twisting, buckling or damaging can be prevented.
