In another embodiment, the compressive residual stress of the coating is in the range of approximately 90-110 ksi.

In one embodiment a memory unit includes a memory device and a temperature measurement module coupled to the memory device. The temperature measurement device measures the internal temperature of the memory device. Memory throttling can therefore be implemented based on more accurate measurements and with a much shorter response time.

摘要： A method of transmitting and receiving data frames using pulses is disclosed. According to the transmitting method, a first signal is transmitted including one or more bursts of pulses during a first portion of a transmission frame, and not transmitting the first signal during a second portion of the transmission frame. The not transmitting the first signal may include maintaining one or more silence periods for the second portion of the transmission frame, or transmitting a second signal distinct from the first signal. According to the receiving method, a signal including one or more bursts of pulses is received during a first portion of a transmission frame, an analysis of the one or more bursts of pulses is performed, and the transmission frame is detected based on the analysis of the one or more bursts of pulses.

Here, data that is expected to be received during a data transmission may be set to a defined value. In some cases the defined value is a predefined value (e.g., zero or some other value). In some cases the defined value is based on noise and/or signals levels in the system. In some implementations a device may define receive data values for a period of time during which data is expected to be received and during which a transmission occurs. In some aspects a hybrid on-off keying scheme is employed to determine received data values.

摘要： The present invention provides a method and apparatus for editing a program on a re-writable compact disc. The method comprises the steps of acquiring the description information of two program segments of said program, said program segments being in sequence in playing-back order, said description information comprising the ending point information of the previous program segment and the start point information of the subsequent program segment, generating a guiding information to guide the ending point information to the start point information according to the description information and playing-back order of said program segments and updating the description information of said program according to said guiding information. With this invention, excessively detailed application editing work and an expense of high buffering cost may be avoided in editing compact disc program.

The component is divided into axially aligned segments comprising a forward segment, an aft segment, and a plurality of middle segments disposed between the forward segment and the aft segment. The middle segments comprise radially elongate ceramic matrix composite material plates.

The applications are transmitted inside modules (11, 12) through a data carousel (2) within a transport stream (20). The method comprises receiving the transport stream, parsing the stream for application modules and storing them as a storage stream on a storage medium (31). The storage stream is stored separate from said transport stream (20). The data or object carousel is recorded outside the Transport Stream and recorded like a stream, preferably as a single file. This file is a sequence of modules with some header information preceding the modules making playback faster as the information needed to obtain the objects from a module is located directly in the header of that module. Furthermore, the solution according to the invention solution is platform independent.

摘要： A multi-resolution codebook is used to provide quantization for channel related information in a wireless network that supports both single-user MIMO and multi-user MIMO. The multi-resolution codebook may include a higher resolution “fine” codebook for use with MU-MIMO subscriber stations and a lower resolution “coarse” codebook for use with SU-MIMO subscriber stations. A tracking codebook may also be used to provide quantization for updates to channel related information. In at least one embodiment, the tracking codebook includes a number of unit vectors (or orthogonal matrices) disposed upon a sphere cap.
