摘要: An operation mechanism for a variable displacement hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump is disposed in a housing filled with fluid. A capacity regulating member is provided on the hydraulic pump in the housing for changing the discharge amount of the hydraulic pump. An operation member is operationally connected to the capacity regulating member. The operation member is to be manipulated outside the housing. A resistive device is interposed between the operation member and the capacity regulating member for making the motion of the capacity regulating member slow. The resistive device is an assembly unit comprising a casing, a piston slidably disposed in the casing, and fluid filled in the casing. The casing is fitted into the hole provided in the housing.

摘要: A vehicle, comprising a prime mover, a steering operation device, a first transaxle apparatus disposed at one of front and rear portions of the vehicle, and a second transaxle apparatus disposed at the other of front and rear portions of the vehicle. The first transaxle apparatus supports a pair of right and left first axles, and a pair of right and left first wheels are attached to outermost ends of the respective first axles so as to be turned laterally according to manipulation of the steering operation device. A first differential gear unit of the first transaxle apparatus differentially connects the first axles to each other. The first transaxle apparatus supports a power take-off shaft. A transmission of the first transaxle apparatus is driven by the prime mover. Output force of the transmission is shared between the first differential gear unit and the power take-off shaft. The second transaxle apparatus supports a pair of right and left second axles, and a pair of right and left second wheels are attached to outermost ends of the respective second axles so as to be turned laterally according to manipulation of the steering operation device. A second differential gear unit of the second transaxle apparatus differentially connects the second axles to each other. The second transaxle apparatus supports an input shaft of the second differential gear unit. A power-transmitting member is interposed between the power take-off shaft and the input shaft so as to transmit the output force of the transmission to the second wheels.

摘要: A transmission apparatus for a working vehicle comprises a hydrostatic transmission, a sun-and-planetary gearing unit, and an auxiliary speed changing system. The hydrostatic transmission includes a hydraulic pump driven by a prime mover equipped on the working vehicle, a hydraulic motor fluidly connected to the hydraulic pump, and a hollow motor shaft serving as an output shaft of the hydraulic motor. The sun-and-planetary gearing unit includes first, second and third elements arranged coaxial to the motor shaft. The first element is drivingly connected to the motor shaft so as to be rotated integrally with the motor shaft. The second element is drivingly connected to front wheels of the working vehicle. The third element is drivingly connected to rear wheels of the working vehicle and differentially connected to the second element through the first element. The auxiliary speed changing system is drivingly interposed between the hollow motor shaft and the first element.

摘要: An axle driving apparatus comprising a combination of a speed-change HST for coupling a variable-capacity pump and a motor with a fluid on the one hand and a steering HST for coupling a variable-capacity pump and a motor with a fluid on the other hand, configured in such a manner that the two HSTs are accommodated in a common housing. The motor output of the speed-change HST is transmitted to a differential arrangement for differentially coupling a pair of axles, and the motor output of the steering HST is transmitted to a differential arrangement for differentially coupling a pair of steering output shafts. One of the steering output shafts and one of the axles are power-coupled to one transmission train, while the other steering output shaft and the other axle are power-coupled to the other transmission train which applies a turning effort to the other axle in the direction opposite to the turning effort applied to the first axle by the first transmission train. The capacity adjusting means of the pump of the steering HST is operatively interlocked with a steering operation means such as a steering wheel, so that the capacity adjusting means is rotated in one direction in forward drive and in the other direction in rearward drive when the steering wheel is manipulated in a predetermined direction.

摘要: A running vehicle comprises a steering operation tool, a pair of running-driving axles, a pair of running wheels drivingly connected with the pair of running-driving axles, a first differential unit interposed between the pair of running-driving axles, a first hydrostatic transmission for transmitting a driving force to the first differential unit, a pair of steering output shafts, a second differential unit interposed between the pair of steering output shafts, a second hydrostatic transmission for transmitting a driving force to the second differential unit. The second hydrostatic transmission drivingly interlocks with the steering operation tool so that the output speed and direction of the second hydraulic transmission is changed by manipulation of the steering operation tool. A first drive train is interposed between one of the steering output shafts and one of the running-driving axles, and a second drive train is interposed between the other steering output shaft and the other running-driving axle for transmitting the rotating effort to the other running-driving axle in the opposite direction to the first drive train. To improve the running efficiency on a rough road or soft ground, a pair of running-driven axles are disposed either in front of or in rear of the pair of running-driving axles, another pair of running wheels are drivingly connected with the pair of running-driven axles, and each of a pair of power transmission mechanisms is interposed between one of the running-driving axles and one of the running-driven axles arranged on each side of the vehicle, so as to rotate the pair of running-driven axles in the same rotational direction of the running driving axles. Otherwise, to reduce the turning radius, a pair of first steerable running wheels steered by manipulation of the steering operation tool are drivingly connected with the pair of running-driving axles. A pair of second steerable running wheels steered by manipulation of the steering operation tool, or castor wheels are disposed either in front of or in rear of the pair of first steerable running wheels.

摘要: The present invention relates to a braking system for an axle driving system for a working vehicle. The braking system comprises disc brake units which are disposed in recesses provided at the right and left sides of a transmission case, and a brake pedal and/or a hand-brake lever which can operate the disc brake units simultaneously. The construction of the present invention results in increased durability and braking capacity. The present invention allows the vehicle to travel in a straight line while stopping, notwithstanding the presence of a differential gear. In addition, the braking device is easily assembled and results in increased support rigidity for the axles.

摘要: A transmission shaft (62) mounting thereon fluid-operated clutch means (68) which discontinues selectively the input of power to such shaft is enclosed at one end portion thereof by a hollow cylinder (86) projected inwardly from an inner wall surface of transmission case (28) for power transmission. An annular groove (89) formed to said one end portion of shaft (62) at the outer peripheral surface thereof and communicated to the clutch means (68) via fluid path (85) in the shaft (62) is sealed by the hollow cylinder (86) so as to form an annular fluid chamber (90) which constitutes a rotary joint portion of fluid conduit line for the clutch means (68). Braking mechanism of a brake (69) associated with the clutch means (69) for braking the shaft (62) in the non-operated state of clutch is arranged within the hollow cylinder (86) by employing such cylinder as brake case. The rotary joint portion and brake (69) are thus arranged within transmission case (28) without a need of structure arranged outside the case (28).
