    摘要: Provided are a coating composition for forming a gas barrier layer as configured such that a specific compound having two or more 5-membered cyclic carbonate groups and a compound having two or more amino groups are reactable at an equivalent ratio of functional groups of 0.8 to 1.25 to form the gas barrier layer with a polyhydroxyurethane resin as a principal component; a gas barrier film formed of a single layer or multiple layers, at least one of the layer or layers that forms or form the film is a layer that exhibits gas barrier properties, and the layer is formed of a polyhydroxyurethane resin having a specific chemical structure; and a production method of a film having gas barrier properties. Owing to the use of the specific polyhydroxyurethane resin, the coating composition, gas barrier film and production method readily enable to reduce moisture-dependent variations in gas barrier properties, to avoid the production of noxious fumes upon incineration disposal, to provide excellent processability, and to lower the pollutant load on the environment.

    摘要: The invention provides a heat-curable resin composition comprising (A) a polyurethane having two or more carboxyl groups in one molecule, in particular a polyurethane having one or more carboxyl groups at a molecular terminal and (B) a heat-curable component, a cured product thereof, a solder resist and a protective film consisting of the cured product and a printed wiring board coated with the cured product. The polyurethane (A), preferably has a number average molecular weight of 500 to 100,000 and an acid value of 5 to 150 mgKOH/g. The heat-curable component (B) is preferably an epoxy resin. The heat-curable resin composition of the invention is excellent in adhesion with a substrate, low-warpage property, flexibility, resistance to moisture and heat, soldering heat resistance and resistance to tin plating.

    摘要: The present invention provides a thermosetting ink composition having excellent balance concerning screen printability capable of preventing oozing and bleeding at the time of screen printing, electric insulating reliability and adhesion with an objective for coating. The thermosetting ink composition of the invention comprises a thermosetting resin (A) having a value “a” of less than 0.60 in the following formula (1) showing the relationship between the intrinsic viscosity [η] and the absolute molecular weight M of the resin: [η]=K×Ma  (1) wherein K is a constant number. Since the thermosetting ink composition can prevent oozing and bleeding at the time of screen printing and an excessive amount of a filler is not used for improving the printability, it can form excellent solder resists and other protective films at low coat without decreasing the electric insulating reliability and adhesion with an objective for coating.

    摘要: A scroll type compressor includes a housing defining a discharge pressure region, a fixed scroll member having a fixed base plate and a fixed scroll wall, a movable scroll member having a movable base plate and a movable scroll wall, a fixed wall slidably supporting the movable scroll member, a back pressure chamber defined on a back surface side of the movable base plate. A supply passage connects the back pressure chamber to the discharge pressure region and passes through a sliding portion between the movable scroll member and the fixed wall. A clearance at the sliding portion varies in response to a position of the movable scroll member in a direction in which the movable scroll member approaches to or leaves from the fixed wall, whereby cross-sectional area of the clearance where gas passes is varied to adjust pressure in the back pressure chamber.
