    摘要: In a connector lock structure 1 provided at female and male connectors which can be fitted together, the female connector 2 has an engagement portion 14, and a slide lock member 13 is supported on the male connector 3 so as to move at least in connector-inserting and connector-withdrawing directions. The slide lock member 13 includes a retaining portion 16 for engagement with the engagement portion 14, and urging member 36 for urging the slide lock member 13. When the engagement portion 14 reaches an engagement position where it is engaged with the retaining portion 16 at the time when the female and male connectors are completely fitted together, the slide lock member 13 is automatically moved by the urging member 36, so that the retaining portion 16 is engaged with the engagement portion 14.

    摘要: A cap nut to be enveloped in a casting made of casting material includes a substantially cylindrical body. The body has a first end and a second end adjacent to a top end surface of the body. The body has a hole and an outer peripheral surface to be enveloped in the casting material. The body has an exposed surface adjacent to the hole at the first end thereof, and the exposed surface is exposed to an outside of the casting. The body has formed in the outer peripheral surface thereof a tapered surface that broadens from the second end of the body toward the first end. The body has formed in the tapered surface a retaining means for preventing the cap nut from falling off from the casting. The body is installable in and removable from a pattern for forming a sand mold at the tapered surface.

    摘要: A method of making a casting having a cast portion and a cap nut includes forming a hole with a stepped shape in the cap nut to have a large-diameter hole on an opening side and a threaded small-diameter hole on a bottom side, inserting a fixing member into the large-diameter hole, supporting the fixing member in a sand mold, pouring a casting material into the sand mold so that the cap nut is enveloped in the cast portion and that a first surface of the cap nut adjacent to the hole is exposed on a second surface of the cast portion, and removing the fixing member from the cap nut after the casting is taken out of the sand mold.

    摘要: An extruded styrene resin foam which is produced by using a blowing agent imposing a reduced load on the environment and has outstandingly excellent thermal insulating property and flame retardant property adapted for construction use. The foam is obtained by extrusion-foaming of a styrene resin and characterized by containing at least, one or more of saturated hydrocarbons having 3 to 5 carbon atoms as a blowing agent, and containing (A) a halogenated flame retardant, and (B) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of phosphorus type flame retardants containing nitrogen atom in a molecule; tetrazole compounds; specific nitrogen-containing compounds; metal borates; boron oxides; phosphoric acid ester compounds, and having a cell structure constituting the foam wherein a cell anisotropic ratio k, which is defined by the formula: k=a/(a×b×c)1/3 wherein, in sections of the foam, a (mm) is an average cell size in the thickness direction, b (mm) is an average cell size in the transverse direction and c (mm) is an average cell size in the longitudinal direction, satisfies the relationship: k≦1.1, and a satisfies the relationship: 0.05≦a≦0.30, and the method for producing the same.
