    摘要: A terminal for an electrical connector comprises a terminal body section 11 which is formed in such a way that a metallic plate material is bent to be shaped at least in semi-cylindrical shape, an elastic contact piece which is protruded in the outside direction of a front section of the terminal body section 11, coming into contact with an inner peripheral wall of a terminal insertion hole when the terminal body section 11 is inserted into the terminal insertion hole of a connector housing from a pointed end of a front section thereof, and a wrong-insertion prohibiting piece which is provided to be projected at a bottom wall 11a of the terminal body section 11, being positioned at opposite side of the elastic contact piece for preventing the terminal from inserting into the terminal insertion hole due to precluding of the wrong-insertion prohibiting piece toward the connector housing when the terminal body section 11 is inserted into the terminal insertion hole in the inverse direction. The slitting-and-forming pieces are provided at positions to be shifted in the longitudinal direction on both end edges of the width direction of said bottom wall of the terminal body section 11, so that two pieces of the slitting-and-forming pieces are brought into two pieces of the wrong-insertion prohibiting piece 15.

    摘要: An electrical connector consisting of a housing, a cover and a retainer is provided. The housing is provided with terminal-accommodating chambers. The cover is attached to the housing so as to slide between a "closed" position and a "opened" position. Moving from its temporary engagement position to its formal engagement position, the retainer engages with the terminal metals to prevent them from slipping out of the terminal-accommodating chambers. When the terminal metals are not inserted into the terminal-accommodating chambers perfectly, the retainer restricts the movement of the cover from the closed position to the opened position, interfering with the terminal metals, so that it allows an operator to detect that the terminal metals are in semi-inserting condition. In order to secure this detection, the cover is provided with a rib and the housing is provided with a dovetail groove which engages with the rib.

    摘要: A crimp-style terminal for a cable includes a base plate serving as a main body for the terminal. One end of the base plate serves as a female type electrical contact section, while the other end of the same serves as a clamping section. A conductor clamping portion and a sheath clamping portion are arranged in the clamping section for tightly holding an unsheathed conductor and sheath of the cable, respectively. A raised flat bottom portion is arranged in the conductor clamping portion so that the conductor of the cable is clamped between a pair of conductor clamping pieces on the raised flat bottom portion. A convex projection is formed in the sheath clamping section so that the sheath of the cable is clamped by a pair of sheath clamping pieces in a state where the sheath of the cable is bent.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a chemically treated zinc-based plated steel sheet that is superior in weather resistance, water resistance, blackening resistance and film adhesion. A chemical conversion film having a thickness 0.5-10 μm is formed by coating and drying a chemical treatment solution on a surface of an aluminum-containing zinc-based alloy plated steel sheet. The chemical treatment solution contains a fluororesin containing 0.05-5% by weight of a hydrophilic functional group selected from the group consisting of a carboxyl group and a sulfonic acid group and 7-20% by weight of a fluorine atom, the fluororesin in which a number-average molecular weight is 1,000-2,000,000, and an oxoate, a fluoride, a hydroxide, an organic salt, a carbonate or a peroxygenated salt of a group 4A metal.
