There is provided a catalyst that exhibits a high denitration efficiency at a relatively low temperature and does not cause oxidation of SO2 in a selective catalytic reduction reaction that uses ammonia as a reducing agent. A denitration catalyst is obtained by coating a substrate with a catalyst component. The catalyst component contains 43 wt % or more of vanadium pentoxide and has a BET specific surface area of 30 m2/g or more. The denitration catalyst is used for denitration at 200° C. or lower.

An aspect of the present disclosure is to precisely define a constant value used in the Monkman-Grant analysis, when estimating remaining life of a high-chromium steel pipe through which high-temperature and high-pressure fluid is allowed to flow. A remaining life estimation method according to the present disclosure is particularly characterized in that a step of obtaining a constant on an accelerated creep test is performed in which a constant indicative of the product of a strain rate and a rupture time in the Monkman-Grant analysis is obtained by multiplying a first coefficient to transform uniaxial rupture ductility into multiaxial rupture ductility, the uniaxial rupture ductility being obtained from a specimen of the high-chromium steel pipe, a second coefficient to amend consumed life of the specimen, and a third coefficient to amend a measured pressure into an assessment pressure.

The heat exchanger introduces the gasification feedstock into a low-temperature-side flow channel and introduces treated fluid in a supercritical state into a high-temperature-side flow channel, so that heat exchange is performed between the gasification feedstock and the treated fluid. The gas-liquid separator extracts, from the high-temperature-side flow channel, the treated fluid that has been in a subcritical state due to heat exchange, performs gas-liquid separation on the treated fluid, and returns a separated liquid to the high-temperature-side flow channel.
