摘要： The present disclosure relates to a twisting system for twisting multiple conductors together. In one implementation, the twisting system may include a rotatable twisting head having multiple holders for individual conductors of a cable to be twisted, and a loading device for sequentially loading the holders with the individual conductors. The loading device may be configured to be displaced into a transfer position identical for all individual conductors for loading the twisting head, and the twisting head may be configured to rotate a free holder of the twisting head into a suitable receiving position for being loaded with an individual conductor. The present disclosure also relates to a method for loading a twisting head with individual conductors.

摘要： Hybrid rope (20) comprising a core element (22) containing high modulus fibers surrounded by at least one outer layer (24) containing wirelike metallic members (26). The core element (22) is coated (23) with a thermoplastic polyurethane or a copolyester elastomer, preferably the copolyester elastomer containing soft blocks in the range of 10 to 70 wt %. The coated material (23) on the inner core element (22) is inhibited to be pressed out in-between the wirelike members (26) of the hybrid rope (20) and the hybrid rope (20) has decreased elongation and diameter reduction after being in use.

摘要： A method for fabricating a steel wire cable having a Zn—Al alloy plating, the method including: arranging steel wires according to an arrangement rule at a cross section of the steel wire cable; controlling a length of the overall cable by a length of a central standard wire; twisting a bunch of the steel wires comprising a zinc-aluminum alloy plating with a torsion angle of between 2° and 4°; wrapping the steel wire bunch with a polyester wrapping bandage and covering a resulting product with a double-layered protective polyethylene sheath; anchoring the two ends of the steel wire cable by anchors using fillers; and coiling the finished-product of the steel wire cables.

The method comprises individually connecting each leg of the splicing threads (13) with a positive splice to a core thread(s) (21) of the beginning end of the cable (2); looping; straining all the threads and applying a normal compression force at the interpenetration region (12); applying a protective element(s) (32) along the cable and further individually connecting each leg of the splicing threads (21) to form a negative splice to a core thread(s) (21) of the final end of the cable core (2); and looping, straining and applying a normal compression force (12) on the negative splice at the interpenetration region.

摘要： A cable manufacturing method comprising the steps of arranging a closing die and a plurality of panel plates in this order, on a pass-line having a curved zone and a linear zone, from the side of a front end of the pass-line, inserting all wires, to be stranded, through an opening of the closing die, and inserting each wire through a hole formed in a corresponding one of the panel plates, guiding the wires such that the wires are substantially parallel with one another and each wire is loose of the panel plates, rotatably supporting the panel plates, respectively, and passing each wire through the curved zone and the linear zone while rotating the panel plates in the same direction, thereby stranding the wires with a large pitch so as not to plastically deform the wires.
