摘要： A moving picture coding apparatus includes an intra-inter prediction unit which calculates a second motion vector by performing a scaling process on a first motion vector of a temporally neighboring corresponding block, when selectively adding, to a list, a motion vector of each of one or more corresponding blocks each of which is either a block included in a current picture to be coded and spatially neighboring a current block to be coded or a block included in a picture other than the current picture and temporally neighboring the current block, determines whether the second motion vector has a magnitude that is within a predetermined magnitude or not within the predetermined magnitude, and adds the second motion vector to the list when the intra-inter prediction unit determines that the second motion vector has a magnitude that is within the predetermined magnitude range.

摘要： Embodiments of the present invention relate to integrated modular display panels. In one embodiment, modular display panel includes a a shell with a first thermally conductive material, a printed circuit board disposed in the shell, and a plurality of LEDs attached to a first side of the printed circuit board. A driver circuit is disposed in the shell and coupled to the plurality of LEDs from a second side of the printed circuit board. The panel further includes a power supply unit for powering the LEDs. The printed circuit board are disposed between the power supply unit and the plurality of LEDs. A second thermally conductive material is disposed between the power supply unit and an outer back side of the panel. A protective structure is disposed over the first side of the printed circuit board, where a display side of the panel, opposite the outer back side, is waterproof.

The casing has a first side and an opposite second side, where the first side of the casing includes a first surface that is part of a first outer surface of the modular LED display panel, and the second side of the casing includes a second surface that is part of a second outer surface of the modular LED display panel. The casing has attachment points at the second outer surface. A printed circuit board is disposed in the recess. A plurality of LEDs is attached to a first side of the printed circuit board. A processor is coupled to the plurality of LEDs, where the processor is configured to process received media and control operation of the plurality of LEDs. The modular LED display panel is sealed to be waterproof and is configured to be cooled passively.

In one embodiment, a modular multi-panel display system includes a mechanical support structure, and a plurality of display panels detachably mounted to the mechanical support structure so as to form an integrated display panel. Each panel further includes a power supply unit disposed outside the housing and electrically coupled to the receiver circuit. The mechanical structure is configured to provide mechanical support to the plurality of display panels without providing hermetic sealing. Each of the plurality of display panels is hermetically sealed.

摘要： A decoding method of selecting a value for a video parameter based on a portion of video data encoded in a video bitstream. The method receives the portion of encoded video data from the video bitstream and determines an aggregate value based on the received portion of the video data. The method determines a remainder by dividing the aggregate value with a predetermined value and then selects a value for the video parameter from a set of predefined values according to a mapping from the determined remainder, wherein the mapping has at least a plurality of values for a remainder corresponding to a single value for the video parameter. Associated methods for encoding are also disclosed.
