摘要: Crystalline molecular sieves having three-dimensional microporous framework structures of TiO.sub.2, AlO.sub.2, SiO.sub.2 and PO.sub.2 tetrahedral units are disclosed. These molecular sieves have an empirical chemical composition on an anhydrous basis expressed by the formula:mR:(Ti.sub.w Al.sub.x P.sub.y Si.sub.z)O.sub.2wherein "R" represents at least one organic templating agent present in the intracrystalline pore system; "m" represents the molar amount of "R" present per mole of (Ti.sub.w Al.sub.x P.sub.y Si.sub.z)O.sub.2 ; and "w", "x", "y" and "z" represent the mole fractions of titanium, aluminum, phosphorus and silicon, respectively, present as tetrahedral oxides. Their use as adsorbents, catalysts, etc. is also disclosed.

摘要: A novel class of iron-aluminum-phosphorus-silicon-oxide molecular sieves is disclosed which contain as framework constituents FeO.sub.2.sup.-, and/or FeO.sub.2.sup.-2, AlO.sub.2.sup.-, PO.sub.2.sup.+ and SiO.sub.2 tetrahedral oxide units. These compositions are prepared hydrothermally, preferably using organic templating agents and are suitably employed as adsorbents and catalysts.

摘要: A novel class of crystalline microporous silicoaluminophosphates is synthesized by hydrothermal crystallization of silicoaluminophosphate gels containing a molecular structure-forming templating agent. The class comprises a number of distinct species, each with a unique crystal structure. The compositions exhibit properties somewhat analogous to zeolitic molecular sieves which render them useful as adsorbent or catalysts in chemical reactions such as hydrocarbon conversions.

摘要: The present invention provides a long-lifetime SAPO-34 catalyst prepared from waste MTO catalyst as a raw material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: mixing the waste MTO catalyst fine powder with water; adding a phosphoric acid and an organic amine and stirring to obtain an initial gel mixture for SAPO-34 molecular sieve; crystallizing the initial gel mixture and then at least drying it to obtain a raw SAPO-34 molecular sieve powder; calcining the raw molecular sieve powder to obtain a SAPO-34 molecular sieve powder; then mixing it with a binder and a matrix carrier in water with stirring, and then aging it; and molding and then calcining it to obtain the long-lifetime SAPO-34 catalyst. The preparation method of the present invention uses MTO waste catalyst as a raw material to synthesize SAPO-34 molecular sieve in situ within a short time, and to prepare MTO catalysts having a long life and high selectivity for light olefins.

摘要: A new family of crystalline microporous metalloalumino(gallo)phosphosilicates designated MeAPSO-82 has been synthesized. These metalloalumino(gallo)phosphosilicates are represented by the empirical formula of: Rp+rA+mM2+wExPSiyOz where A is an alkali metal such as potassium, R is an quaternary ammonium cation such as ethyltrimethylammonium, M is a divalent metal such as Zn and E is a trivalent framework element such as aluminum or gallium. This family of metalloalumino(gallo)phosphosilicate materials are stabilized by combinations of alkali and quaternary ammonium cations, enabling unique, high charge density compositions. The MeAPSO-82 family of materials have the CGS topology and have catalytic properties for carrying out various hydrocarbon conversion processes and separation properties for separating at least one component.

摘要: A method for synthesizing a nano SAPO-34 molecular sieve, and an SAPO-34 molecular sieve catalyst and application thereof. A nano SAPO-34 molecular sieve is synthesized by adding a microporous templating agent and a templating agent having a functionalized organic silane to hydrothermal synthesis. The nano SAPO-34 molecular sieve is calcined to obtain a nano SAPO-34 molecular sieve catalyst. The catalyst can be used in a reaction for preparing low-carbon olefin from an oxygen-containing compound. The nano SAPO-34 molecular sieve obtained by this method has a pure CHA crystal phase. Moreover, the nano SAPO-34 molecular sieve catalyst obtained by this method has good catalytic performance in a MTO reaction, the service life of the catalyst is significantly prolonged, and the selectivity of the low-carbon olefin is improved.

摘要: STA-20, a molecular sieve having a new framework type, is described. STA-20AP (as prepared) can have an alkyl amine, such as trimethylamine, and 1,6-(1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane) hexyl cations (from diDABCO-C6) as SDAs. A lower alkyl ammonium hydroxide, such as tetrabutylammonium hydroxide, can be used as a pH modifier for making SAPO STA-20. A calcined product, STA-20C, formed from as made STA-20 is also described. Methods of preparing STA-20, activating STA-20 by calcination, and metal containing calcined counterparts of STA-20 are described along with methods of using STA-20 and metal containing calcined counterparts of STA-20 in a variety of processes, such as treating exhaust gases and converting methanol to olefins are described.

摘要: The present invention discloses a method for the pervaporation and vapor-permeation separation of a gas-liquid mixture or a liquid mixture by a SAPO-34 molecular sieve membrane, which comprises: 1) mixing an Al source, tetraethyl ammonium hydroxide, water, a Si source and a P source, and subjecting the resultant to hydrothermal crystallization, then centrifuging, washing and drying to get SAPO-34 molecular sieve seeds; 2) coating the SAPO-34 molecular sieve seeds onto the inner surface of a porous support tube; 3) synthesis of a SAPO-34 molecular sieve membrane tube; 4) calcining the obtained SAPO-34 molecular sieve membrane tube to obtain a SAPO-34 molecular sieve membrane; 5) using the SAPO-34 molecular sieve membrane obtained from step 4) to perform separation of a gas-liquid mixture or a liquid mixture via a process of pervaporation separation or vapor-permeation separation. The invention has the advantages of very high methanol selectivity and permeation flux, and provides an efficient and energy-saving separation way via pervaporation or vapor-permeation separation.
